This Site is suitable for a Camper up to 30 Ft. as it has 50/30Amp. Electric, Water, and Septic.
We are only 1 mile from Crystal Mountain Family Resort, a Kayak Launch Site and a Bike trail that goes all the way to Frankfort on Lake Michigan via Beulah along Crystal Lake and the Betsie River
you will have access to a 10X12 Cabin for storage or Extra Sleep area, it is Insulated and has Electric, so it has Air and a Apartment Refrigerator and Micowave, there is a 18Ft. Circle Fire pit, 2 Frisbee cages and a corn hole game and a path to walk around the five acre

We retired up north 27 years ago and got bored and opened up a BnB in our home and as we had motor homes in the family we installed 4 RV camp sites with full service and now rent two sites out.
Why they chose this property
We are just 1 minute away from Crystal Mountain Family Resort, (GOLF-SKi-Biking) 1 mile from 2 Kayak Launch Sites on the Betsie River which is great for Fishing also. 2 Miles away from The Iron Fish Distillery, Only 8 miles away from the start of a Winery Trail that leads to 20 + Wineries
