- Late check out fee - $30 every half hour after 11 am.
-* Smoking of any kind is not allowed - anyone caught smoking will be fined $250
- I only accept guests 25 years old above
- FOR more than 7 nights reservation, we have an additional weekly cleaning of $200 for the property.
-$250 security deposit might be required depending on the profile and reviews
