Gîtes de France® - Les Balcons
Old house converted into a large family home, bright and offering large indoor and outdoor spaces. Located on the heights of the village of Catus, not far from Lac Vert, it benefits from a nice view. Close to Cahors, the Lot valley and the vineyards. On the ground floor: a large living room with kitchen open to the living room and dining room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed with shower room, separate wc. On the 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (3 beds in 140, 1 in 160), a games room with 2 extra beds in 90, a bathroom, a shower room, an independent toilet. Outside, a terrace communicating with the kitchen bay window, a large garden with trees, a closed shed.
