Near the sea 1 km, Filatov clinic 900 m, Victory Park 1 km. Supermarkets and shops. Good transport interchange.

Equipped with all necessary furniture and household appliances: air conditioner, boiler, TV, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and oven, washing machine. There is also an iron, hairdryer.
Clean bed linen and a set of towels, necessary utensils are provided.
