Newly built Villa Royal's Paradise, at perfect location for Golfers and those seeking tranquility. Breathtaking view over the broad canal into the nature.

Spacious, west facing pool area for best views over the Cape Coral Sunset. A special highlight in the pool: If you let the bar stools, which are custom made, into the water, you can watch the next Superbowl directly from the pool with a bottle of beer. Flatscreen-TV on the Lanai!

Great electrical heatable pool that offers views over open landscapes and the canal. To protect our little guests, the pool area can be separated from the Lanai by an optional safety fence.

Each and every evening will be a very special experience at Villa Royal's paradise. The great lounge with sun roof on the sun deck to relax, comfortable sun loungers, beach chairs to put into the low water zone in the pool to sunbath...an outdoor kitchen with sink and fridge for the perfect juicy American BBQ. What else do you need?

The open and spacious kitchen is the center of the livingroom. Enjoy the view ove rthe pool onto the canal while preparing dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your perfect holiday. Keurig-Caffee-Maschine available.

A great couch and a huge 55" flatscreen TV in the livingroom for cozy evenings. Netflix-app available (login with own account).

4 bedrooms with kingsize-beds for up to 8 guests. Masterbedroom and Junior bedroom with access to the pool area. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom and there's a fifth bathroom available for guests. The masterbathroom has a huge corner bathtub and a wonderful walk in shower. Each bedroom has an own flatscreen TV.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.

Spring Escape

This property was a perfect place for a spring getaway from an Upper Michigan winter. The house is large, well-stocked and very clean. Everybody had their own personal space to relax in with plenty of gathering space, also. The very large lanai was, of course, the most widely used space. It was wonderful to be near the water again and the wildlife in the canal didn’t disappoint.

The house is beautiful! The location is great as it is close enough to local restaurants, shopping etc but also far enough removed for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Would definitely stay at this location again!
