Breathtaking gulf access 4 bedroom/4 bath pool and spa home located in the coveted SW area of Cape Coral. This vacation home is just minutes from Cape Harbour, Cape Coral Yacht Club and several popular restaurants and tiki bars.
This magnificent home sleeps up to 8 people. The master suite offers a King size bed and direct access to the pool deck and has a beautiful huge bath including walk-around shower and centered jetted tub. Large walk-in closet offers plenty of space for your clothing and belongings.

3 more bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. Both queen suites offer adjoining full baths that can be closed off to the hallway and become a private bath to the queen suites. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a full guest bathroom tub/shower combo is located adjacent to the room. Each bedroom has a private cable equipped TV.

Kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating for 5. Plenty of seating for the entire family, main dining seats 6 and kitchen table can accommodate 4. Home features a family room and great room that is equipped with a flat screen TV and Wifi throughout the house.

The lanai is accessed by pocket sliders from the main living area and master bedroom. This large outdoor area will no doubt be where you spend most of your time, grilling out on the gas BBQ or just kicking back on the loungers taking in the gorgeous gulf views. The pool and spa offer an electric heater and user friendly controller and are ready for you to relax and start your Endless Summer. *Please note that security camera faces the driveway and canal only*

- BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.

- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.

*All guests must be disclosed at time of booking, no unauthorized guests that are not on original booking. The property rates include up to 4 guests. Additional guests will incur a small fee. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.

Beautiful place to stay for a family vacation! So quiet and spacious and relaxing! This place has everything you need! Very clean and was so awesome each bedroom had their own bathroom! Fun Vacation

We had a great time at this Vacation Rental, the home is in a great location, any concerns we had the owner was prompt to respond. It is a well maintained property. We had lots of family to visit, from older parents, a grandchild and adult children, everyone had a great time. Its safe to go biking, nice neighborhood, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would recommend this vacation rental.

Beautiful home. Very clean and well appointed. The lanai with the pool and hot tub were fantastic and heated perfectly! Plenty of linens, dishes, etc. Beds were comfortable. Great vacation

We had a great experience. We are from Michigan and have stayed at many places. This is the best stocked place we have ever stayed at. Very clean. Florian our host was so quick to respond. We rented a pontoon from Harbor rental right around the canal. It really enhanced the whole experience seeing the Cape from the water.

A comfortable and clean house

A comfortable and clean house with good beds and furnishings. The location is quiet in a friendly residential neighborhood, we particularly loved seeing the burrowing owls which can be seen perched by their burrows on the street. The house has clearly been a well used and well maintained vacation rental property for some time. This shows in the general decor, particularly in the pool area and lanai, which would benefit from a refresh. Florian was responsive and helpful, and the booking and payment procedure was flawless. Overall, a nice house that we had no specific complaints about, that made a comfortable base for an excellent vacation.

House is perfect!

The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 3 couples and 2 children. Pool and hot tub were the best part. It was the best-stocked place we’ve ever rented, and it was spotless. We had a couple issues the first day, but the property manager came out quickly. He was very responsive. We loved it! If I could give any helpful advice, it would be to have written directions about how to operate the remote for the pool and hot tub. We could have saved them a trip to the house if we had known how to operate it. Once we knew what to do, it ran perfectly! We loved this rental and the quiet neighborhood! Thank you!

Lovely Home and Neighborhood

We had a wonderful vacation at Endless Summer. The home is large, well-equipped and was perfect for our family. We had excellent communication with Florian; check-in was simple, he was quick to respond to questions and he suggested extra information to meet our needs. Everything about the home is as described. We spent most of our time at the house on the lanai or in the pool and hot tub simply enjoying the warm Florida sun. We always like watching boats, kayakers and wildlife on the canals. On walks through the neighborhood, families from the area were very friendly and we enjoyed daily visits to watch the burrowing owls across the street. This is an area of Cape Coral in which we have rented previously and it is perfect for any vacation. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are all nearby and most of our favorite places are open after the hurricane. It is good to see the area repairing and coming back to full strength after the devastation of that storm. This is definitely a 5 star home!
