In general we rent the house from Sat-Sat on a weekly basis, but make exemptions. Please ask for it before you create any booking request.
Please, make sure to enter the correct amount of guests to get the accurate rental rate.
You are renting a private owned vacation home and these requirements have to be met, please without delay. After your booking confirmation the following information for the contract is required: the renters name and physical address plus phone number and date of birth and also the names and dates of birth of each guest. It is expected to get the information after the booking and then the contract provided signed back immediately. Without a signed contract the house cannot be secured with the owner and without signed contract we are not allowed to get any access to the house. .
We rent this home usually for 7 nights according to the ordinance of the City of Cape Coral and preferably from Sat-Sat. Please ask for exemptions.
Rental Rates and Fees: Please note the basic rate is for up to 2 guests, each extra guest is USD 14.29/night plus 11.5% tax. The extra guest rate is + 20% during Easter and Christmas vacation time.
Admin. fee is USD 5/guest/night, min. USD 140/week.
Rebooking fee is USD 90 + 11.5% tax if the total amount of guests increases after the booking or direct booking requests has been made. Due to this we highly recommend to ask us for an offer which includes all fees beforementioned with us before you book.
Security Deposit: USD 700 is "on hold" with VRBO and will only be charged in case of any damage.
City Codes and Ordinances of the City of Cape Coral requires for short term vacation rentals a minimum stay of 7 days, please ask for exemptions.
Covid-19:
We highly recommend to get travel insurance to cover any health issues.
The house gets cleaned according the CDC guidelines and standards according Covid-19 although it is not required any longer as the house was cleaned according such high standards even before Covid-19. The house is well-ventilated throughout after guests leave and before new guests get there.

Electric costs: we offer an allowance of USD 25/week. Consumption above is USD 0.12/kWh and will be charged over the VRBO system after your stay. The property manager shows how you can follow your consumption any time during your stay. Costs are depending on amount of guests, weather impacts and behavior and is usually between 40 - 150/week.

The house has a large living area, open kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room. 3 king-size suites -(en-suite, masterbath 2022 fully renvoated). Bedrooms all with tv - and a guest room with queen-size pullout couch) offer plenty of space. The house is ideal for up to 8 guests. High speed WLAN is provided free of charge. The saltwater pool with spa and the pool area offer everything you need. There are 6 sun loungers, a dining table, which seats 8 and an extra table. The terrace is south facing position with panoramic views from the balcony and you have a dream view above the large salt water channels. It offers quiet and centrally located in a privileged position in the southeast part of Cape Coral a shopping center with restaurants, cinema, gym and shopping only 2 miles away. You need approx. 25 minutes by boat to the river - no lock to pass.
