Great option for fishing excursions (7 marinas to choose from!) and beach trips (11 minutes to 3 separate beaches!).

Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, this is the perfect place for a family reunion, friends gathering, or even a business retreat, and you will not be skimping on quality for the quantity of space you’re getting here! It’s got a full on Cinema Room, 4 full bathrooms and 1 half bath, complete outdoor kitchen, dock adjacent to a tiki hut, outdoor patio with dining area, fireplace and TV, and there’s a TV in just about Every. Single. Room. There’s even a spin bike on the first floor! There are 4 traditional bedrooms with 5 beds each. The Cinema Room has an attached full bathroom and can also be used as a separate sleeping area with an air mattress. The office is also a separate room that could have an air mattress placed in it. The first floor has a full bathroom and a futon than can be converted into a bed for another sleeping area. There is a huge garage that can accommodate 3 vehicles. There is additional parking in the driveway. This house has something for everyone and no one will be bored. Plus there’s enough room for everyone to spread out and have some personal space. Perfectly situated for groups taking charters out of Freeport, as well as families or groups wanting to enjoy the nearby beaches or Sea Center Texas. The home is located across the water from the Freeport Splash Park (a wonderful place to take the kids), and a public boat ramp. This is a 9 minute walk across the bridge next to the house. Also nearby is the Freeport Municipal Park which is another great place to take the kids (this is a 3 minute drive or a 17 minute walk). And right next to that is the Freeport Rec Center which includes a pool and a fitness center! Very reasonable daily rates are available for use of the Rec Center. The local library is also located in this complex. Finally, the Freeport River Place, an events center, can also be found at this complex. It offers a beautiful view of the river and can accommodate events such as weddings, fundraisers, galas, etc. Just use your imagination! This gorgeous home is located 11 minutes away from 3 popular beaches—Surfside Beach, Quintana Beach, and Bryan Beach, all with different attractions and amenities. Only 5 minutes away from the Freeport Marina, but we also have our very own dock as well! 7 marinas available within a 10 mile radius. Within walking distance to Hooks on Brazos, a fun restaurant/bar with live music and karaoke on the weekends, as well as several other delicious local restaurants. Numerous areas available to entertain and be entertained, including an outdoor kitchen with a full refrigerator, the aforementioned tiki hut with bar and lounge area right on the river, and a full on cinema room on the 3rd floor. Numerous fishing opportunities abound in the area, but you could just as easily sit on the dock and do a little crabbing or angling right at home. Really, there’s no need to leave this place while you’re staying here. This home sits right on the mouth of the Brazos River, and there’s no end to the fishing opportunities you will find here—Redfish, Black Drum, Speckled Trout, and more—and let’s not forget the crab! It’s a beautiful place to sit and sip on your favorite beverage while letting the waters of the Brazos soothe your soul. You do need a car, but there is plenty of parking in the multi bay garage and also in the driveway. You can easily fit 3 cars in the garage, plus more in the driveway.

A maximum of 2 dogs allowed under 20 lbs. Should be house trained. Please note that there's a $200/pet non-refundable pet fee, and they must be crated or kennel when left inside unattended. You can keep your dog on a leash when they are outside, but please make sure to pick up after them. Please be advised that if a pet is discovered without the appropriate pet deposit being paid, an additional non-refundable pet fee of $75 will be applied, in addition to the standard $200 pet fee. Outdoor security cameras in use. Parties are not allowed. No smoking. To make a reservation for this place, guests must be 25 years of age or older.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and the neighbors are all full time residents. Please respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 9 am. Parties are not allowed at this property, and all guests must be registered. There is a max of 12 guests allowed including children. We only allow a maximum of 2 dogs under 20 pounds. Please note that there's a $200/pet non-refundable pet fee, and they must be kept from being left outside or anywhere on the property unattended or overnight, as this is against the city ordinance. They can't be left inside unattended unless they are crated or kennel. You can keep your dog on a leash when they are outside, but please make sure to pick up after them. If you use the outdoor grill, please leave it in the same condition you found it in (please clean it after you have finished). There is a lift in the house that leads from the garage to the office. It is not operational, so please do not try to use or turn it on. Parking is allowed on hard surface parking areas only and must not block any driveway or sidewalk. There is a spin bike on the ground floor. Please keep children away from it and follow the directions on the instruction manual should you choose to use it.
