Maison en Campagne Arlésienne Avec Piscine

Pretty house in the countryside close to Arles (10 minutes by car).
With a total surface area of 140m2, very bright with a large wooden terrace of 80m2 where you can spend good times with family or friends.

The house has a large living room with its fully equipped modern kitchen.

The house has 4 bedrooms on the ground floor.
The bedrooms all have 160cm beds.
One of the bedrooms has a small private shower room.
A large bathroom with shower, double sink, dishwasher and toilet.
A separate toilet with sink completes the description.

Outside, an 8m*4m swimming pool secured by an alarm and a lockable gate, will delight young and old alike to have fun during the summer season (the pool is open from May 1st to mid-October depending on the weather of course!).
A swing and a table tennis table complete the garden.

The whole house is air-conditioned (cold and hot).
Sheets and towels are provided in the rental. On site there are my chickens locked in their chicken coop and my two cats, which is why I do not accept pets in my accommodation.
Please respect the premises during your stay:
Do not smoke in the house and use the ashtrays provided.
To respect a quiet time between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. for the respect of everyone.
Not to have parties or parties in the accommodation.
And to drive slowly in the access road to the house in order to respect the area.
