About this property

Fully equipped Swedish cottage between the sea and the countryside

Small house (56m2) located in the heart of the Normandy battlefields, at the gateway to the Suisse Normande region, in the countryside between Caen and Falaise. Greenway nearby, 30 minutes from the sea, 10 minutes from a farmers' market, 2-minute walk to a delicatessen. Village 3 km away with all amenities. Ideal accommodation for 4 people. For more than 4 people, it's more like camping. Possibility of larger groups (some have come in groups of 15!). 1 bedroom with 1 double bed without legs (140 cm) Desk area in the bedroom 1 living room with a very comfortable 2-seater sofa bed Possibility of adding 4 camp beds (provided - see photo) Separate WC from the shower room Fully equipped kitchen Kitchen, bathroom and toilet recently renovated. Sheets and pillows for the bed and sofa are always provided. For camp beds, nothing is provided: you must bring your own sleeping bag, pillow, etc. Towels are not provided. Large garden accessible: possibility to play there, pitch one or more tents. 70 euros per person per night and 10 euros extra per night.
