Riverfront Home with Private Pool, Spa and Dock

Our home is the perfect location for your family gatherings with nearby activities for kids and adults.

Located on a spectacular waterfront site with private dock, this home offers a spacious floor plan, a fifteen minute drive to the town of Chelan, and eight minutes to Desert Canyon Resort and Golf Course. Completed in 2009, this home is beautifully furnished and boasts a wide-open floor plan, a private swimming pool (heated year-round) and hot tub.

The enormous kitchen has a large island bar, a dining area table that seats ten and a large walk in pantry with a second refrigerator.

Upstairs there are two master suites (both with river views), a spacious bonus room that is perfect for the kids to sleep and play in (4 twin beds plus sleeping mats), and a gallery with a desk, a color printer/copier/scanner, pull-out (queen) sofa, chair and books. Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms (one queen bedroom and one twin and queen bedroom) as well as additional bathrooms.

Just feet from the pool deck is a short path to the private dock (shared with one neighbor) to park your boat after a day of wakeboarding and inner-tubing on the Columbia River. Both the pool and spa are maintained and heated year-round. The massive sundeck extends out to the pool and hot tub and includes a gas barbecue as well as a beautiful and serene outdoor living space with gas fire-table and plenty of seating for lounging in the shade with family and friends.

The great room offers a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and 70 inch 4K HD television with surround sound and Blu-Ray/DVD....or cozy up in the bonus room, complete with it's own TV and area for board games and puzzles (variety provided). With four bedrooms plus bonus room and three and a half bathrooms, this home can accommodate 15 guests comfortably.

There are two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, one queen pull-out sofa (in loft - not private), a twin plus queen bedroom and two trundle beds (four twin beds) in the bonus room. This is a truly a one of a kind home in one of the most prestigious developments on Lake Entiat!

The house was super comfortable for our extended family reunion. The weather was great so loved jumping in the pool and hot tub. All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked to cook just about anything!

More than we could have asked for. The house is absolute gorgeous and fully stocked. The beds are so very comfortable in the pillows are amazing. There's plenty of blankets and extra pillows everywhere. I think we all felt like they thought of everything. The perfect place for a family vacation. We will come back again soon.

Great House for a Large Family Gathering

We stayed here just before Christmas and our family and grandkids had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with various food items and cookware. There is a big walk-in pantry with an extra refrigerator in it. The grandkids loved the 'bunk room' and they all slept together in that upstairs room. It even had 4" pads that could be used as beds for kids if you wanted to. We had to set up our own Christmas tree but we knew that ahead of time and they allowed us early access so we could get that done before everyone showed up. The garage had a pingpong table in it that the kids enjoyed as well as a corn hole game they could play in the garage. The weather was in the upper 30's but the pool was heated to 82 and the kids had fun swimming in it then getting in the adjacent hot tub which was heated to 102. There is a large deck to enjoy if the weather is warm. The property is right on Lake Entiat which is part of the Columbia river so it would be a great summer destination as well. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers so you can do lots of laundry at once if you need to. The furniture is nice and well placed along with a large TV over a gas fireplace in the living room. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are roomy and well decorated. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any of our friends who need to rent a large home for a family gathering.

Fantastic Columbia River Location

We had a great time at this property. Home is beautiful, well appointed and suited our group well. There is a nice bedroom bathroom on the main for an elderly person (no stairs) and good space upstairs for adults and older children. Pool and hot tub were lovely and lots of toys and games. Grill may need to be replaced soon or maybe the lines need to be cleaned. Deck and fire table were very enjoyable. 15 minutes to Chelan proper and "little store" down the road has great pie. We were a mixed age group and the young adults really enjoyed all aspects of the pool, hot tub, ping pong, Lake Chelan, etc. Grandpa was pleased with his bed and bath downstairs and found the couch comfortable for watching the news. There is ample food storage and laundry facilities and the home was fully stocked with everything you might need. Welcome packet and home use book was informative, helpful, and easy to follow. Ron, the property manager, was friendly and accessible. We would go back.

Wonderful riverfront retreat

We had 6 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 2.5 to 11. We all had a great time at the house! Like all the other reviews it is very well stocked. The double washer/dryer was amazing! The extra fridge in the pantry also a huge bonus! Pool and hot tub were great! Tons of pool towels to use. Room setup worked well for us. Plenty of parking. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood. Super close to Chelan, it took us about 15 minutes to get to Slidewaters. Ron, the property manager, was super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Lots of fruit flies but they provided a trap and lots of cleaning supplies. Just part of the area with the orchards nearby. We look forward to visiting again!

House that has it all

House was fabulous…stocked …. Never been in a house that was so well stocked ….clean….property manager walked us around showing us where and how everything worked. Home owners of neighboring houses great. The house is on the river so the water is very cold, very cold but you also have the pool and hot tub. In the pool all the time. Easy to launch boat and dock. A great house. Coming to Chelan for fifteen years and this was the best house. Only problem river is a lot colder than lake.

Perfect family staycation

Our group of 12 enjoyed a fun and relaxing few days in this lovey home - we parked and never left! Communications with Jennifer the owner was a breeze. The property manager Ron met with us upon arrival and gave a thorough tour/overview of the property and procedures for check-in/out. The house was spotless and well appointed with quality linens, furniture and cookware. Pantry was fully stocked with essential seasonings, baking supplies and even dried goods. The hosts have thought of everything to make it a most relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our Kiddos loved the pool and did not want to get out. We swam 3x in one day in 95F weather! The bonus room with trundle beds and sleeping mats was a hit, with lots of games and indoor activities to keep them busy. And finally, the fire table was the place to be at night to roast marshmallows, share jokes, and reflect on our day. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home. We hope to return again soon!

Family Time

We just returned from a wonderful family vacation at this great home. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen is very well-stocked, pool towels provided and the layout of the home was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool, jumping off the dock into the river to cool off ( the temps were super hot while we were there) and sitting outside under the pergola in the evening playing games. The owner and property manager were timely in their communications with us.Highly recommend!

Family retreat on the river

Our family has visited this home multiple times over the past 8-10 years and we alway have such a wonderful time. We were amazed how much the neighborhood had grown in just a few years. With that being said it is still a quiet, restful place. The house is perfect for all ages and the pool and hot tub are such a perk. The house is stocked with everything you need. Our dates landed smack in that middle of the hottest weather and we all stayed nice and cool in the river or inside the house enjoying the air conditioning. Beds are very comfortable. Thanks to the hosts for maintaining such a lovely home our family has enjoyed tremendously.

Best family vacation

When we arrived to the house we were met for the check in and basic info regarding the house. All of us were taken back by how beautiful the property is. The pictures do not do it justice. The whole lay out of the house is wonderful. The pool was warm and so much fun to swim in. The pool toys were perfect for the kids to enjoy. The kitchen is very spacious, the double oven made it fast and easy to cook dinner for everyone. It’s well stocked with whatever you’d need. The rooms are very large and comfortable. We usually bring our own pillows because the ones at the houses aren’t comfortable, but that wasn’t the case here. There were robes provided for our stay in the master bedroom. The catwalk has books that we were able to enjoy during our stay. It was the most amazing thing to get up and enjoy the coffee outside on the deck while looking at the Columbia River. The warm breeze and sunshine. The outdoor speakers made us able to play some music while enjoying the “fire and ice” table at night. We LOVED being able to rent this beautiful home. It definitely made it for the best family vacation we’ve been on. This was our first time in Chelan area and can’t wait to go back.
