You can enjoy the entire house and its large, landscaped, enclosed, and wooded garden of approximately 2800m², complete with a children's area featuring swings, a slide, and a shaded playhouse, as well as a pétanque court. A large 34m² wooden terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture allows you to enjoy beautiful evenings in all three seasons. The house itself features a large open-plan living area with a lounge, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, with crockery and storage and you will find: oven, microwave, dishwasher above, induction hob and hood built into the central island, as well as kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Tassimo capsule machine. Coffee and tea are provided for your arrival. The living room has a large sofa and pouf in the armrest, a smart TV, and storage. Next, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower (with a built-in bench), a double vanity unit, and a towel warmer. A washing machine and all necessary cleaning supplies are located in the closet. The house then comprises four bedrooms: - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a dressing room, and a TV; - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a TV, and storage; - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and storage; - 1 children's bedroom with 3 Single beds 190*90, drawers and storage chest... A toilet is located at the end of the corridor. For 2026, we have made a few changes to ensure we can welcome you in better conditions. The 4th bedroom is finished with a new bathroom including a 190*90 shower, vanity unit, towel warmer and an additional toilet, as well as a games room for you to relax at the end of the day. PGJyPg PGJyPg In the immediate vicinity of the Ardèche Gorges, near the village of St Martin d'Ardèche and its beaches, you'll find a treetop adventure course, a roller swing, and pedal boats with or without slides, all just a 5-minute drive away. There are also numerous caves within a 10km radius, including the prestigious replica of the Chauvet Cave and its prehistoric paintings. And don't forget the famous descent of the Ardèche Gorges by canoe, kayak, or, for those who prefer a more leisurely experience but don't want to exert themselves, in a rowing boat guided by professional boatmen.
