Its large enclosed and tree-lined garden located behind the house welcomes you with its new garden furniture, it is a true bubble of tranquility, which remains however close to all amenities.

Upon entering the house, you discover a large cathedral-style living room with large bay windows offering a wide view of the garden. In the center, the living room is arranged around a contemporary fireplace (available and swept), providing a large relaxation space. Opposite, the kitchen with its large friendly table will allow you to prepare good meals, thanks to its many amenities. You will find a refrigerator-freezer, an oven, a microwave, and an induction and gas stovetop to cook delicious meals. A dishwasher is also there to spare you this task. For breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster, and a filter coffee maker.

Two children's bedrooms are also located on the ground floor. Since the stairs are not secure for them, the upstairs will be reserved for adults. In each of the children's bedrooms, you will find a single bed (90/190) and its pull-out bed, allowing 4 children to sleep in total. A bathroom with a large shower, as well as an independent toilet, complete the ground floor.

The visit continues upstairs. First, you'll discover a mezzanine with a Queen Size bed (160/200), overlooking a small balcony (not secure for children). Next, you'll find a bathroom with a bathtub, connecting to the last bedroom, where you'll find a large double bed, composed of 90/200 sleeping arrangements.

In the tree-filled garden, numerous hiding spots will allow children to play adventurers.

For more comfort, you can park 2 vehicles on the plot. It is possible to store up to 8 bicycles in the garage, where you will also find a washing machine and a dryer. An ironing board and an iron are also provided. Canal+ / Disney Channel / Netflix are also available.
