About this property
Elkchanted Inn Pine: Fully Fenced Backyard, Spacious Cabin in Woods w/King Bed
Step into Elkchanted Inn Pine! Our spacious 3 BR + bonus room cabin is the perfect forest adventure! Plus, we've got a large backyard fully enclosed with a privacy fence, ready for your little adventurers and furry explorers.
Want some drama in your life? Spot captivating elk and bird performances in our forest show from the front row.
Need some relaxation? Our hammock among the pines is the answer! Or, if you're feeling adventurous, hike our endless trails - just find your way back :-)
Our roomy (1,800 sf) cabin blends modern amenities (fast wi-fi, central air, dishwasher to name a few) with authentic charm. Perfect for couples, families, or friends to create happy memories together. You will have the room you need to stretch out, relax, and enjoy the great indoors without cabin fever.
Experience tranquility with our 'Privacy First' policy. Our clever split layout places bedrooms and bathrooms on separate levels, ensuring you won't hear your cousin's symphony of snores from across the cabin. For the cabin bonding experience, meet in the middle, where the kitchen, dining room, and living room create the ultimate hangout spot.
Our kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, butcher block counters, and a shiny new dishwasher to do the dirty work (a must for vacay!). Fully stocked with tools, pots, pans, and dishes. Coffee station & custom-made stools at the peninsula. Live edge dining table seats up to 8 (if they get along!)
In the master bedroom, a luxe king-size bed and plush pillows await. This spacious bedroom boasts workspace, high-speed wi-fi, and balcony for coffee sips & elk peeps. Mogollon Rim views are included!
Cozy up in the living room! Kick back on the comfy oversized leather sectional for relaxation, reading, or your favorite TV shows. Get ready to be charmed by the living room's fireplace - it's embraced by beautiful original stonework that has stood the test of time and recent renovations.
Backyard bliss awaits! A kid and pet paradise - fully fenced for 'no-escape' missions! Lounge in the hammock, grill like a pro, aim for cornhole glory, or ace darts like a boss. And when evening falls, gather 'round the firepit for s'more adventures under the majestic towering pines.
Guest access
You'll have the whole place to yourself, and we'll provide a smart lock with your personal access code for easy entry. The driveway has space for three cars or SUVs (no street parking, please). Keep in mind, the cabin is up on a hill, surrounded by trees, so when parking and backing up, be as cautious as a squirrel crossing the road. During snowy winter months, 4-wheel or all-wheel cars are recommended.
Upstairs, two closets – one in the master bedroom and one in the hallway – are the owner's secret stashes, locked tighter than a pickle jar! And the shed outside got a "no entry" sign, too.
IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BRING YOUR DOG, PLEASE BE SURE TO READ AND AGREE TO PET POLICIES LISTED UNDER HOUSE RULES. MAX 2 DOGS PER STAY.
Other things to note
Our cabin in the heart of Pine, a charming town surrounded by majestic tall pines and nestled along the Mogollon Rim. It's like living in a postcard!
Getting here is a breeze – just an easy and super scenic 1.5-hour drive from the bustling Phoenix/Scottsdale area. And at 5,500 feet elevation, you'll be far from the scorching valley summers or have a chance to play in the snow during winter.
Our cabin is conveniently situated only 1 mile away from Pine's main road where you'll find Pine's delightful restaurants, quirky antique shops, and artsy craft stores. Craving wood-fired pizzas and craft beers? The famous Old County Inn is only 1.3 miles away, along with the charming Tap Room, where whiskeys and beer reign supreme.
For the adventurers out there, we've got you covered! Just 8 miles away is the stunning Tonto National Bridge State Park, and the quaint town of Strawberry is only 4 miles down the road. Get your hiking boots ready because this area is blessed with countless trails, like the epic Fossil Springs.

Hosted by Anna and Brian

Hey there! We're Anna and Brian, and we traded Chicago for the sunny beauty of Phoenix in 2006 to start a family. With a bustling family of four, we love traveling far and wide, sharing diverse cultures and spectacular sites with our kids. Yet, no matter how much we travel, the Sonoran Desert's mesmerizing sunsets keep drawing us back. We're excited to help others discover all the great things our beautiful state has to offer!
