It is a T3 composed of a fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, pyrolysis oven, MLV, MLL, extractor hood, induction hob, filter coffee maker and Senseo, toaster...etc) open to the living room including 2 sofas and the Television.
From the living room you can access the terrace through a sliding glass door and enjoy the shade of the arbor or that of the plane tree.
It has two bedrooms:
- the first with a large bed (140x190) and view of the swimming pool
- the second with 2 beds (80x200) with a view of the entrance to the property.
The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet.
Heating and air conditioning are provided by a reversible heat pump. Double glazing and roller shutters provide insulation from noise, heat and light. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
A gas barbecue is at your disposal
The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for tenants and measures 8mx4m and is 1m deep.50m is secured by a fence and a gate equipped with a special child lock. 4 deckchairs with cushions are available. You will find a small fridge, a shower and a toilet in the pool house. The swimming pool is salt water.
The pool is private and reserved for tenants. It is not supervised; swimming is the tenant's responsibility.
The garden is planted with trees and fully enclosed.
A parking space is provided in front of the cottage.
The owners live next door and have access for pool maintenance through a gate. They are available for any questions or information.
The municipal tennis courts can be reserved (10 euros per hour).
