Private: property 2'400 m2 (fenced), garden with trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Terrace. Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 5 km, bus stop "Les Jonquiers" 3.1 km.
"Les Puits Neufs", 6-room house 200 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious, tasteful and cosy furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Walk-through room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), bath/shower/WC and double hand-basin. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. Dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), bath/WC and double hand-basin. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Natural stone floors. Terrace 160 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

agréable maison mais !

séjour agréable dans cette belle maison bien équipée dans un environnement agréable mais problème d'odeurs nauséabondes provenant à priori de fosses septiques mal entretenues dans l'escalier et au premier étage. Dommage !!!!

Unterkunft insgesamt gut

Im Bad unten war eine Ameisenkolonie, die durch verhandenes Mittel vertrieben wurden. In einem Bad OG funktionierte nur die Handbrause gut. Aus dem anderen Bad gab es einen unangenehmen Geruch (Kanalisation). Insgesamt war die Unterkunft aber trotzdem schön, vor allem der Pool war gut und wurde zweimal in der Woche kontrolliert.

Das haus liegt innruhiger Lage sehr schön in den Obstplantagen , toller Pool ! Man kann sich auslassen und muss nicht unbedingt auf die Lautstärke achten.

Wunderschöne Ästhetik vs Funktion

Wenn man soviel Geld bezahlen muss, sollte die Dusche funktionieren, sollte man einen trockenen Platz im Freien haben, sollte das WLAN funktionieren, sollte man die Türen verschließen können, da man ja auch mal wegfahren möchte. Es sollten alle Herdplatten funktionieren und in den Bädern sollten wenigstens kleine Abfalleimer sein. Der Pool: Hervorragend!

Plein de petites choses qui gâchent tout

Piscine eau trouble et verte Eclairage extérieur insuffisant (pas d'éclairage piscine et abord, luminaire terrasse insuffisant). Fuite d'eau dans le salon en provenance d'une salle de bain à l'étage. Batterie de cuisine insuffisante pour plus de 6 personnes (manque de plats, cocottes et casseroles de grande taille) Interdiction d'entrer les véhicules (pas pratique pour les bagages et courses, et salissant pour les voitures en raison de la poussière importante dans le chemin).

Malheureusement nous n’avons pu profiter de la piscine qu’au bout du troisième jour car au départ elle était verte. WIFI très mauvais. Proche du chemin de fer

Seulement 2 bains de soleil métalliques en mauvais état, vaisselle et wc sales. Mais très beau parc, belle propriété.
