3 bedroom amazing home in Lagnes

This cottage was built by the local honey-colored stone. It is located on a large plot, just outside the beautiful village of Lagnes. Lagnes has simple stores, restaurants and bars. The interior of the house is comfortable and traditional. The kitchen opens onto the dining terrace, which is located all along the front of the house. Buy local produce, and dine al fresco. You look out from the terrace to the pool with salt water. In it is a shallow area for children. Children's furniture on request. Slope to the unfenced river on the property, 70 m from the house.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2026. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end August.

Des vacances au calme de la campagne , entourés de daims, de poules et . La maison ,la piscine, le BBQ et le jardin sont agréables .L accueil et la communication avec les enfants et voisins( discrets) ont été parfaits .A 1km100 ( 6mn en vélo) : une pharmacie, une boucherie( fermée pdt notre séjour) une sympatique supérette Vival( dépÎt de pain trÚs bon), il y a aussi une boulangerie au centre de Lagnes, mais ça grimpe fort!L'Isle s/ la Sorgue , 6km, 17mn en vélo par la vélo-route ( le centre ville est difficilement accessible en voiture, peu de place, et payant).En bref un excellent séjour.

Le rapport qualitĂ© prix n’est pas en adĂ©quation, le prix est bien trop Ă©levĂ© par rapport au niveau de confort proposĂ©. L’ensemble de la maison a l’intĂ©rieur n’a pas dĂ» ĂȘtre refaite depuis les annĂ©es 70... La vaisselle est dĂ©pareillĂ©e, Ă  titre d’exemple 3 malheureux verres Ă  pieds (dommage dans une rĂ©gion oĂč on aime prendre un verre de rosĂ©...), la maison Ă©tait sale (voir collante dans la cuisine)... L’extĂ©rieur est agrĂ©able, dommage que la table tienne sur 3 pieds (table de rĂ©cupĂ©ration...) Attention aux familles ayant des jeunes enfants car aucune protection de sĂ©curitĂ© (pas de barriĂšre ni au minimum une alarme) au niveau de la piscine.
