Nantipa's luxurious beachfront villas offer an exclusive and private Santa Teresa Tico Beach Experience, ideal for families or friends traveling together. Guests are warmly welcomed to the 1,800 square foot (180 sq mt) beachfront villas with access to all of Nantipa's unmatched services - and more.

Our villas feature two one-king bedded guest rooms, and a two full-bedded guestroom, all facing the beach. Each bedroom has its individual full bathroom. In addition, each villa includes a full kitchen, living and dining space, ample terrace and private infinity edge pool. Direct views and access to the beach.

Some of the dedicated concierge services include transportation, spa, tour and restaurant reservations, grocery shopping, private chef and bartender services, in-villa babysitting.
