We invite you to come and "settle" yourself at Kalaoula, our warm holiday rental in Terre-Sainte. Located on the ground floor of a family villa, with an independent entrance, this pleasant apartment with authentic décor can accommodate up to 6 people (+ baby). PGJyPg
"Anndan" (inside), the Kalaoula consists of 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and two single beds) with storage, a living room with living room (Smart TV, board games and books), dining table and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, electric stove, coffee maker, raclette machine...). You will also find a bathroom with shower (shower gel and shampoo available) and 2 toilets equipped with washbasin. Free WI-FI is available throughout the rental (indoor and outdoor), bed linen and towels as well as a cot for babies (with changing table) are available free of charge. For your first breakfast, we offer you coffee, tea/infusion and sugar.

The private plant garden has been designed for your relaxation: cosy outdoor lounge, dining area, jacuzzi and deckchairs await you. You also have a shower (cold water) without vis-à-vis, ideal after the beach or to cool off during the tropical summer. A "farfar" offers you additional space for storing your belongings, such as storing your empty suitcases.

On the leisure side, ideally located 5 minutes from the beach of Saint-Pierre (with its snacks, casino, water games for children), 15 minutes from Grand-Anse beach and 18 minutes from Manapany beach, sunbathing, snorkelling and cocktails in front of wonderful sunsets, admiring humpback whales! Do you prefer fresh water? No problem, from the Kalaoula, in a few minutes on foot, you can discover the new Aqualeisure Centre of Terre-Sainte. And just 5 minutes from the Guan Di temple or the Kerveguen concert hall, 7 minutes from the Acroroc Parc Aventures, 15 minutes from a Laser Game or the Ciné Grand Sud multiplex, 40 minutes from the volcano road, there is something for all tastes and all ages in your holiday programme in the south of the island.

Practical details: in 2 minutes on foot, you are in a U express mini-market, the post office or a bakery. You can park easily and free of charge in the street (residential area). Several bus stops serving the city or the coast are less than 200m away. Several restaurants and pizzerias in Terre-Sainte, but also those in the city centre (located 5 minutes away), are quickly accessible. You can easily walk to the university campus (IUT, Faculty of Health, ESIROI) and the South University Hospital.
