It is just 0.2 miles to restaurants, shops, and nightlife and 0.6 miles to the beach. Arrive through the side gate from the driveway to the backyard area, to be welcomed by a new pool, a great space for cooking up the day's catch on the gas grill, snacking at the picnic table, sitting by a fire in the chiminea, or taking in our beautiful sunrises while sitting with your morning coffee in hand. Enter the house into the galley-style kitchen where a cook will feel at ease with stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, a pantry, a Duo Keurig pod/drip coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy the freshly prepared meals at the dining table with seating for six. The overstuffed couch and accent chair are perfect for lounging on while watching movies on the wall-mounted TV with cable. The owner has kindly left board games on the coffee table to use as well. The hallway holds all three bedrooms for sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, luggage rack, closet, nightstands, and a wall-mounted TV, it's complete with an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and a single vanity. This room is also accessible by the kitchen area. The middle bedroom (BR2) is equipped with a Full-size bed, closet, wall-mounted TV, a chair for reading a book, and floor space to stretch out and play. The third bedroom (BR3) is made up of a Queen bed, luggage rack, closet and wall-mounted TV. All rooms share a bathroom with a pedestal sink and tiled tub/shower. For your convenience, there is a laundry area off of the deck with a full-size washer and dryer. The large concrete driveway offers room for 4 vehicles, or 2 vehicles and boat parking. $50 charge per day for hot tub/pool heat, and must remain on for the duration of stay
Life in Paradise rental agreement required upon booking.
Property comes with a starter pack of toiletries, any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish.
Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
Beach Towels not provided.
$95 pet fee per pet, limit 2 pets. Fee not included in reservation total and will be collected after reservation confirmation.
Laundry detergent not provided.

Guests have parking spaces for 4 vehicles. A golf cart will use one of these spaces. Parking is not allowed on the street. *Boat and trailer parking is permitted in certain areas.
