Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation

well maintained and spacious villa in Tuscany style surounded by an extensive park-like private garden shaded by pine trees with swimming pool, garden shower, table tennis and playground for children. Located only a stone's-throw away from the beach. Each unit has its own BBQ place with tables and chairs. Covered Patio and rooms are clean and adequately furnished. In short: a great place to spend your vacation - we loved it!

Super viel Platz

The house, the garden, the pool, the playground for the children..., everthing was fine and there is enough space for the Family with a Dog :) My favorite was the large balcony on the groundfloor-Flat. Perfect to eat outside and enjoy the holidays. To the beach it is about 3 minutes to walk.

Wir hatten eine Rundreise in Italien mit sechs Aufenthalten. Die letzte Woche haben wir in der Wohnung verbracht. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Lage ist wirklich einzigartig.! Man ist super schnell am Meer. Das Haus liegt an einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Das einzigste was wir nicht erkannt haben war ,das dieses Haus zwei Ferienwohnungen hat. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Garten. Wir haben oben gewohnt und hatten eine herrliche Terrasse und haben die Familie unter uns nicht gehört.. Man hat wirklich seine Ruhe! Das ist für mich sehr wichtig! Wie schon sehr oft erwähnt, sind die Vermieter wunderbare Menschen! Wir haben ein Fleckchen Erde kennen gelernt, wo wir sicherlich noch einmal hinfahren werden.

Castagneto Carducci 2024

Il soggiorno presso villa Lidia è stato eccezionale. La posizione è ottima con la spiaggia ampia e sabbiosa raggiungibile a due minuti a piedi.La casa possiede un vasto giardino all’interno della pineta di castagneto con piscina autonoma perfetto per rilassarsi. Tutta la struttura è molto pulita e accessoriata con un ottimo impianto di aria condizionata per contrastare il caldo. I proprietari sono stati accoglienti e premurosi per rendere la nostra vacanza perfetta e confortevole. Stefano

Das Haus war schön und lag in einer ruhigen Straße. Allerdings ist es für max. 6 erwachsene Personen gut geeignet. Der Whirlpool hat leider nicht funktioniert. Aber sauberes Haus mit allem, was man braucht.

Vielen Dank für Ihre gute Bewertung, Wir haben das Problem mit dem Jacuzzi sofort gemeldet, ein Techniker hat es überprüft und festgestellt, dass: Die Heizung funktioniert, die Wasseraufbereitung funktioniert, es gibt nur ein Problem, dass der Whirlpool nur auf der rechten Seite aktiv ist. Wir werden unser Bestes tun, um das Problem zu lösen. Ja, das Haus ist bequem für 6 Erwachsene und ein Kind, oder 5 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Wie in der Präsentation beschrieben Es gibt zwei Doppelbetten, ein kleines Doppelbett (französischer Stil) und ein Einzelbett. Aber waren Sie nicht 6 Erwachsene? Das hast du mir geschrieben. Ich dachte, das Zelt, das Sie im Garten aufgebaut haben, sei für Ihre Jungs (die zu den 6 Erwachsenen gehören), die ein wenig Privatsphäre haben wollten. Mare vicino e giardino attrezzatissimo

La casa è in una posizione ottimale: a meno di cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e neanche dieci minuti dal centro. Ha un giardino attrezzatissimo: poter fare un bagno in piscina o nella vasca idromassaggio in qualsiasi momento è stata la chicca del nostro soggiorno. Anche la grande veranda è uno spazio molto godibile: permette di mangiare sempre all'aperto e passare delle belle serate a chiacchierare in compagnia. La casa è curata con grande dedizione dai proprietari sempre disponibili e solerti nella manutenzione delle attrezzature e degli spazi.

Schön aber ausbaufähig

Super Lage, nettes Häuschen, aber insgesamt alles in die Jahre gekommen. Bei dem Preis hätten wir als Gast erwartet, das der Weg zum Pool mit Platten versehen ist und es eine Fusswaschwanne gibt, sodass der ganze Sand nicht später im Pool schwimmt. Leider war auch die Leiter in den Pool defekt, was wir glücklicherweise mit einem Spanngurt vorübergehend fixieren konnten! Bei der Ausstattung hätten wir uns auch Toilettenpapier, Mülltüten und auch einen extra Duschvorleger gewünscht! Wir hatten eine schöne Woche 😊

Liebe Frau Sandra, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und Ihre hilfreichen Tipps Aber für die 1800 Meter lange Pflasterung des großen Gartens auf den Dünen im Pinienwald 100 Meter vom Meer entfernt, ist es kein Problem des Geldes, sondern der Genehmigungen der Region Toskana, die zu Recht die Zementierung der Dünen am Strand nicht erlaubt. wir hatten Herr Tim erklärt Wir haben Herr Tim erklärt, dass wir bei jedem Problem oder jeder Beschwerde (wir wohnen 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt) sofort eingreifen würden (wir haben einer Dame eine große Kaffeemaschine gekauft, weil sie sie sehr groß haben wollte, und einer anderen Dame einen neuen Haartrockner, weil sie ihn anders haben wollte). Ich frage mich, warum Sie unglücklich nach Hause gehen, wenn wir uns zwei oder drei Mal gesehen haben (mein Mann kam oft, um den Pool zu überprüfen) wir hätten das Problem in 2 Minuten lösen können was die Leiter betrifft, hatten die vorherigen Gäste die Kindersicherung ausgehängt, die ordnungsgemäß angebracht werden musste und was die Jahre des Pools betrifft der Whirlpool wurde im Mai dieses Jahres neu gekauft und der große Pool wurde letztes Jahr bei der Renovierung des gesamten Gartens installiert Wir freuen uns sehr, dass es Ihnen gefallen hat, und wenn Sie wiederkommen möchten, werden wir alles tun, was wir können, um mehr und mehr zu renovieren und Ihren Rat zu befolgen. :-)

Wunderbare Ferientage verbracht

Wir haben wunderbare Ferientage in der Villa Lidia verbracht. Wir schätzten die Ruhe, die grosse Veranda zum Verweilen, den schönen Garten mit Schattenplätzen & Aussendusche. Die Kids waren gar lieber im Pool als am nahen, flachabfallenden Sandstrand, welcher nur 4 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sofort da bei einem Anliegen. Das Appartement ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, das Haus eines der schönsten in der Umgebung und die Lage top. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen.

Just perfect!

We were in the flat on the ground floor and enjoyed the house, veranda and garden very much! Also the pool was a lot of fun and when we got too cold we could warm up in the jacuzzi. The veranda you can even enjoy when it's raining or during a wild thunder storm. :) The kitchen is well equipped and some restaurants are in walking distance. Also the big beach is close enough to walk and even a big funny amusement park with roller coasters and minigolf! One detail we appreciated a lot, are the shutters of the windows. You can make the room very dark, so kids don't wake up with the sun in the morning. :) We recommend the place and will come back again!

Ganz anders als abgebildet und beschrieben

Es ist ein kleines ungemütliches Haus bei dem leider einige beworbene Angebote gar nicht nutzbar sind, wie etwa der Kamin oder der Whirlpool. Auch die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht und einen Toaster wie beschrieben gab es gar nicht. Die Dusche läuft nicht ab und man bekommt pro Person 1 Handtuch. Wir können es überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Der Vermieter ist auf unsere Mail nicht eingegangen und hat voll kassiert. Echt schade

Sehr geehrte Frau Julia, letztes Update: Ich möchte jeden warnen, der diese Bewertung liest, dass die Reisende so viele Unwahrheiten über unser Haus geschrieben hat. auch über die Zahlung, da sie für den Betrag, den sie angefordert hat, erstattet wurde. Sie fragten mich, wo die Pilze zu finden sind, und wir antworteten prompt (Sie schickten mir auch die Fotos der Pilze), fragten mich, ob Sie den Kamin benutzen könnten, und wir antworteten, dass er vorhanden sei, nur als Vorsichtsmaßnahme, um das Sofa zu verschieben, weil es zu nah war. Sie antworteten, dass es besser sei, ihn nicht zu benutzen. Leider war das Wetter schlecht (was sicher nicht an uns lag), und Sie dachten gut daran, Ihren Urlaub zu verkürzen, indem Sie uns um die Rückerstattung des Geldes baten, aber Sie hatten bereits 5 Tage aufgehört. Ich frage mich, aber wenn mein Haus so sehr klein und ungemütlich war, warum sind Sie dann 5 Tage geblieben ? Wenn ich in Ihrer Situation gewesen wäre, wäre ich sofort abgereist. Wenn für den Reisenden kleines Haus bedeutet 80 qm mit einem Garten von 2600 qm. mit Spielen für Kinder Veranda von 30 qm das Problem scheint mir nur von der Dame. Hydromassage wurde klar in der Ankündigung geschrieben, dass die Covid-19-Regeln alle Bäder aus Sicherheitsgründen geschlossen haben. die Handtücher waren genau 6 Die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert perfekt, wir haben sie ausprobiert, und der Toaster stand oben auf dem Kühlschrank im oberen Schrank. Bezüglich der Dusche, die nicht floss, hatten wir keine Kommunikation, zusammen mit Fotos von Pilzen könnten uns vor dem Problem warnen, und wir würden sofort unseren Techniker schicken, der für Klempnerei, Elektrizität, Haushaltsgeräte zuständig ist. Wir lösen diese kleinen Probleme innerhalb weniger Stunden. Wenn es sich um große Probleme handelte, könnte er eine Nachricht senden, wie Sie geschrieben haben, um das Geld zurückzubekommen und wir hätten Ihnen gezeigt, wo der Toaster steht, und wir wären schnell zum Haus gekommen, um die Kaffeemaschine zum Laufen zu bringen, wir greifen immer prompt ein, auch indem wir sie austauschen, denn wir haben ein Lager mit kleinen Ersatzgeräten Wissen Sie, was das Problem war? Ich werde es Ihnen jetzt erklären. Sie wollten das Geld zurück, Sie haben es nicht bekommen und diese Rezension ist die Folge, eine Rezension voller Wut (er schreibt sogar, dass auch die Fotos nicht wahr sind !) und inkonsequent weil wir das sehr schnell hätte wenn Sie es wirklich wollten. weil sie von uns schn. Aber all die Reisenden, die gute Rezensionen geschrieben haben, Ihrer Meinung nach mental Probleme? oder auch die sind nicht wahr möchten ?

Sehr schönes Haus in super Lage

Ruhige und schattige Lage. 5 min. zum Meer. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und allen Komfort. Herrliche grosse Terasse mit grossem Esstisch. Kleine Probleme werden prompt durch Marina und Nicola gelöst. Alles top!

Wonderful garden

We had a great time in this great property located in big garden, close to the sea. This is especially suitable for small kids, who can freely and safely play in the private playground. Marina is a great host, communication was very quick and smooth.

Wonderful time in villa Lydia

We had a wonderful stay at villa Lydia together with our 3 kids and parents. We rented the whole house (= 2 apartments). It is quiet, close to the beach, has a huge garden ... just fantastic! Also Marina and her husband are very nice and always prepared to help. We will return!

The pool was like on the pictures and it was not dirty. Often it was tree needle ‎in pool but it is nature. I think we will come back for the next holiday. Thanks for all. Family Metche.

This villa was my mother's house who fell in love when she saw this villa during a trip in Tuscany. Since 1970 nothing has changed everything has remained as it was. No house was built more around, only the pine trees have become giants. Once you could see the sea, now you can only hear it because it's only a hundred meters away. For this reason, the villa was named in memory of Lydia because so loved this wonderful house and this quiet place.
I hope you will understand how we love this house and we would like to passed down to you our passion for this villa full of memories we grew up here in this charming place.
