Perfect stay

Great property with plenty of room for the 6 of us. The villa was equipped with everything we could have needed and all communication with the property owner was excellent and very helpful. The pool and surrounding area was perfect. Central location with easy drive to the centre of Pula/airport and beaches. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Villa for family holidays

Well spaced villa with nice pool/ garden area. Very well equipped kitchen. 4 bedrooms whereof 2 parent master and 2 for children. A large bathroom- second bathroom small but with shower. Location is quiet and only 10 minutes by car from Pula downtown and harbour. Large shopping and supermarket facilities in 5 minutes by car

Przyjemny dom z basenem

Spędziliśmy przujemny tydzień w wynajętym domu z basenem i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z naszego wyboru. Dom położony jest z dala od zgiełku miasta, co zapewniło nam idealne warunki do wypoczynku. Lokalizacja: Do najbliższego sklepu spożywczego i restauracji mieliśmy zaledwie kilka minut jazdy samochodem, co było bardzo wygodne. Wnętrze domu: Każdy pokój był czysty, schludny i dobrze wyposażony. Kuchnia zawierała wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty, co umożliwiło nam przygotowywanie posiłków bez żadnych problemów. Salon był bardzo przytulny, idealny do wspólnego spędzania czasu. Basen: Basen to zdecydowanie największa atrakcja tego miejsca. Był dobrze utrzymany i czysty, a jego wielkość była idealna zarówno dla dorosłych, jak i dla dzieci. Spędziliśmy mnóstwo czasu na pływaniu i relaksie na leżakach, ciesząc się słońcem i piękną pogodą. Dodatkowe udogodnienia: W domu dostępny był szybki internet, dodatkowo, na terenie posesji znajdował się grill, z którego chętnie korzystaliśmy. Kontakt z właścicielem: Właściciel domu był bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy. Szybko odpowiadał na nasze pytania i służył pomocą w każdej sytuacji.

Wir sind begeistert und wären gerne länger geblieben

Leider waren wir nur eine Woche in diesem tollen Haus in Pula-Šikići. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Der Vermieter hat uns im Vorfeld kontaktiert und aufgrund unserer verspäteten Anreise leider nicht persönlich antreffen können. Dafür war sein Bruder Željko an Ort und Stelle, hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns während des Urlaubes mit heimischen Tomaten, Zucchini, Gurken und Feigen versorgt. Darüber hinaus haben wir vom Vermieter sehr gute Restaurantempfehlungen bekommen, in der Konoba Kažun waren wir 2x! Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist super. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man ein großes Einkaufszentrum, den kleinen aber sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt „Grga“ und viele schöne einsame Buchten. Den kleinen Strand Šikići mit der Bar Tortuga fanden wir sehr entspannt. Selbst wenn man länger ausschläft und erst mittags kommt, findet man einen Platz. Wie oft in Kroatien sollte man Neoprenschuhe dabei haben, Nicht missen sollte man den Besuch des Amphitheaters, den Augustus-Tempel und den Sergierbogen. Die Spaziergänge in der Altstadt, das Flanieren durch die schmalen Gassen versetzen einen in eine andere Zeit. Während unseres Aufenthalts fanden in der Arena Pula die ‚Spectacula Antiqva - sehr professionell nachgestellte Gladiatorenkämpfe statt. Ein weiteres Highlight, was erwähnenswert ist. In Šilići befindet sich auch der Olivenbauer Laci, der 2ha Olivenhaine bewirtschaftet und erstklassiges Olivenöl verkauft (20€/1l).

Traumhafter Kroatienurlaub

Hier hat alles gepasst, ruhige Lage,Toller blitzsauberer Pool,fantastisches Haus und ein wundervoller Gastgeber. Leider gibt es viele Mücken und Moskitonetze wären angebracht. Es war unser erster Kroatienurlaub und es war wunderschön wenn auch manche Dinge recht teuer sind,wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Woche

Wir haben ein wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Haus ist super sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Jeder Raum ist klimatisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub mit Baustellen Feeling

Leider mussten wir bei Ankunft feststellen das in unmittelbarer Nähe von unserem Ferienhaus sich eine Rohbaustelle befindet. Auf dieser ging es auch wie erwartet sehr laut zu, und da meistens in den Abend Stunden. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst wäre diese Immobilie nicht für uns in Frage gekommen. Dafür hat das Ferienhaus definitiv zu viel Geld gekostet.

We are really sorry for the mentioned situation. Namely, it is about the construction site of a private house in the neighborhood and at the time of booking we did not know that there would be an active construction site during the summer season. It is even forbidden to perform some construction works during specific period summer season. As soon as we found out that the construction works were being performed and that noise was being created, we contacted the neighbor and the works were stopped. We are glad that you still enjoyed your stay in our house.

Erholung pur

Das Objekt ist genau wie beschrieben. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Vermieter hat am Tag der Anreise persönlich Kontakt aufgenommen. Vor Ort hat er uns begrüßt und alles erklärt. Der Bruder wohnt direkt nebenan und steht ebenso bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig, dennoch sehr zentral. Mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten bis nach Medulin oder Pula.

Einfach super

Das Ferienhaus liegt nur 10 Minuten vom Sandstrand in Medulin weg, auch Pula ist in der gleichen Zeit zu erreichen. Der Pool ist einfach herrlich.

Tolles Haus, wunderbarer Pool

Es war nicht einfach, das Haus und den Pool zu verlassen, um die Umgebung und Strände zu erforschen. Die Lage ist ruhig, die Wassertemperatur sehr angenehm. Die zwei Hähne vom Nachbarn brachten uns zum Lachen. Gegessen wurde ausschließlich draußen am großen Tisch im Schatten. Etwas störend waren lediglich die Mücken, aber dagegen konnte der freundliche Vermieter nichts unternehmen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Eine 1A-Unterkunft

Die Doppelhaushälfte ist wirklich mit all dem vollständig ausgestattet, was wir als Familie (6 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager) für eine entspannte Woche brauchten. Haus, Pool und Garten sind top-gepflegt, der überdachte Freisitz lädt zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit zum entspannten Beieinandersein ein. Auch haben wir es sehr genossen, unter den Olivenbäumchen zu liegen und ein Buch zu lesen. Der Empfang durch den Eigentümer war sehr herzlich und entspannt, auch die Rückgabe völlig unproblematisch. Der Bruder des Vermieters wohnt nebenan und hatte ebenso wie der Vermieter für alle Fragen ein offenes Ohr, gab uns Tipps für Strände und Angelspots. Pula und Medulin liegen als abendliche Ausgehziele quasi um die Ecke, schöne und selbst im August nicht überfüllte Badestellen sind nach wenigen Fahrtkilometern erreichbar. Thank you Zdravko & Zeljko for this very relaxing stay in your nice house!

Sehr empfehlenswert

Super Objekt mit allem, was man braucht. Schöne Außenanlage mit Pool, Grill, und Sitzmöglichkeit. Der Vermieter ist sehr, sehr nett und unkompliziert und kümmert sich um alles. Hat uns auch immer wieder Empfehlungen für Strände oder Restaurants geschickt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Haus ist super. Es hat alles was man benötigt. Haus und Pool sind sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Ein Einkaufsladen ist fußläufig erreichbar. Für alles a der braucht man ein Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Lidl und Co. 5-7 min. Strände 10-15 min. Unter anderem ein Sandstrand in Medulin. Alles in einem Super Aufenthalt.

Lovely property, welcoming and helpful hosts, nothing too much trouble. Pool fantastic. Quiet area. Local market short walk, 5mins. Car useful but we used local 8 seater taxi for our stay, brilliant driver, showed us the best beaches etc. His names Miro and we recommend him, call 3850976144874.All in all a great holiday, enjoyed by all. Will definitely return. One tip, bring anti mosquito spray.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren für eine Woche im Juni mit zwei Familien und je einem Kind. Dafür war es perfekt. Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten... mit dem Auto alles in kurzer Schlagdistanz. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Vorort von Pula, ist sehr ruhig gelegen und mit allem notwendigen Komfort ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzer war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen!

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist gepflegt und modern, der Pool schön und sauber. Das Haus liegt ruhig, etwas außerhalb von Pula. Mit dem Auto kann man die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Pula und viele verschiedene Strände schnell erreichen. Der Vermieter bzw sein Bruder, der nebenan wohnt, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder!
