Welcome to The Lofts in Downtown Clarksville, Hosted by Byers & Harvey! Our stylish condos are perfect for travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. Take a walk to Shelby Trio and sightsee on their rooftop bar. Enjoy our spacious living area with a full kitchen and comfortable sleeping accommodations. Enjoy high-speed internet for working remote or stream your favorite shows. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a long-term stay, we have everything you'll need for a memorable experience!

This fully-furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit is located on the first floor for easy access (no stairs). We offer a sofa pullout for additional sleeping, so we can accommodate small-medium sized groups up to 6 guests. The kitchen offers a full-size stove/oven, overhead microwave and full-size refrigerator/freezer. The main living & dining area provides plenty of space to enjoy a meal, relax on the couch, and stream your favorite shows! The bathroom is stocked with hotel-like amenities and emergency toiletries in case you forgot anything at home as well!

Guest Access:
Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive your custom door code within 48 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies.

Down Town loft is an excellent place to stay.

The property was pretty clean, could clean or replace area rugs. The location was very convienet walking distance to university!! A very peaceful place to stay! Enjoyed it very much and would highly recommend to friends!!

beds were very good and three TVs were provided, also provided Keurig cups and some snacks. We did not cook there but the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking or baking. We would surely rent again.

Week stay with family

My fiancé had a class all week so my mom and I came along. Property was perfect for us. Clean, as described, conveniently located to everything we needed. We felt it was a quiet and safe area. The only thing I would suggest is ceiling fans in the bedrooms. While the common area were cool enough the bedrooms were still quite warm. Otherwise great stay and would stay there again.

Every little comfort and convenience

The first hour I just kept exclaiming how perfectly thought out every little detail was. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy! Easy, plentiful parking. Easy entry. Centrally located to everything you could want to do in clarksville. Loads of spices in the kitchen; but really, no scrimping on any utensils or pans or serving dishes you might need to make or serve a meal. Washer and dryer very handy. Our unit was on the main floor and would be easy for elderly or handicapped to access with a large walk in shower. One bed was even lower for us older/ shorter people. Super comfy beds, by the way. Big sectional for our kids who live in town to come enjoy a movie night with us. So perfect for our needs. Will book with them again when visiting our kids in town(at least until they are older and have their own spaces without roommates, lol)
