Welcome to La Villa des Glycines, a beautiful early 1900s home full of character and charm from the Belle Époque era. With its stone façade, authentic hardwood floors, marble fireplaces, high ceilings, and cool summer atmosphere, it's the perfect place to unwind just outside of Paris.

The house includes:

Ground floor: a cozy living and dining room, 1 bedroom with access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with a bathtub), and another separate toilet

Step outside to enjoy the spacious garden — perfect for fresh air, a peaceful breakfast on the terrace, or a relaxed evening meal around the plancha grill.

Parking:
Your cars will be safe in the private garage and secure driveway (please note: only for standard vehicles — not accessible to vans or motorhomes). Additional free parking is available on the street.

The large garage can also be used for storing equipment and includes an electric car charging station.

Pets are welcome!
You may even spot a few friendly neighborhood cats wandering through the garden.

TRANSPORT
The Boissy-Saint-Léger RER A station is just 8 minutes from the house. From there, it's a quick and easy ride to the heart of Paris and all the main tourist attractions.

Altes Haus mit Charme

Schönes, altes Haus in guter Lage, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Toll waren die 3 Bäder mit separaten Toiletten!In der Küche fehlte es ein bisschen an Töpfen/ Pfannen und es war nicht alles blitzeblank gescheuert, aber im Großen und Ganzen sauber. Toller Garten zum Frühstücken im Freien!!! Auch die Konversation mit dem Eigentümer war toll, schnell und komplikationslos! Gerne wieder!!!
