This coastal getaway's walk-out first floor patio provides easy access to Sea Colony's private beach beach and pools. Perfect for families with small children. A convenient one level layout, this resort retreat features a living and dining area (with new overhead light), well-equipped kitchen (with granite countertops, plus Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator with ice maker, Whirlpool glass top range with self cleaning oven and Keurig), full hallway bathroom (with granite vanity top) and three bedrooms, including the master suite (with a new chair, updated decor and its own private bath - also featuring granite vanity top). Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning brand new July 2024, washer, dryer and more. 4 TVs (TVs in every room, including a Vizio 47" 1080p 120Hz LED Smart HDTV, Samsung 40" LED HDTV and Samsung 27" LED HDTV), 4 Blu-rays, Wii, Keurig, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features carpet in the bedrooms and den only, with tile in other areas. Parking Notes: Parking space #: Guests are reminded to place their parking permit on their dash when parking in Sea Colony. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 9:00 a.m. on checkout day. Each property has one assigned parking spot. If you have a second vehicle you may park in any unassigned parking space. Please note that unassigned parking spaces (for a second vehicle) are not guaranteed and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.

2024-2025 Weekly guest badge fee schedule (ages 4+ to use the resort amenities including indoor/outdoor pools, gym facilities, beach area) This is payable to the resort directly on your arrival at the Beach Shoppe where you pickup your parking tag.

Everything was just perfect in this beautiful condo! It was so easy to walk right out to the deck since it was on the 1st floor! It was so nicely decorated and all the beds were super comfortable!! The owners were very easy to work with and were available as needed. We will definitely come back again!

Sister's weekend

I stayed at this property with my 3 sisters for a "Sister's weekend" and it was perfect. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and roomy. Its location was perfect--so easy to walk out to the beach and only an 18-minute walk to the Bethany boardwalk. There were also 5 restaurants within walking distance. We totally enjoyed the weekend and I would book again.

Great 1st floor condo at Sea Colony! It was wonderful to be able to walk out to the pool or beach. Communication, accuracy of space and check in/check out were simple. The space worked for our family and grateful for a condo with a tub for young kids.

Oceanfront peace

Lovely place for 4 people. Everyone had space . The beach was minutes away from our 1st floor patio. Early October with nice weather provides peace and quiet along with most stores and restaurants open. We would stay again! Cooked breakfast in and found all cooking needs met.

Condo was very well decorated and roomy. Housekeeping was not great. Hairs in tub and parts of the floor were dirty. Curtain in main bedroom was broken and toilet paper holder upside down.

There are repairs needed to the property

Our stay was great. The location is great. But some repairs are needed. Two vertical slats in master bedroom are missing. Ice maker doesn’t work. Sliding door to patio needs repair.
