This modern furnished vacation home is located on the property of a vacation resort near the Barther Bodden. The entire living area is at ground level. In the living area there is an additional double bed integrated as a fold-away bed. The community Fuhlendorf is located 8 km west of Barth, directly at the Bodstedter Bodden. A small public bathing beach is only 400 m away, the landing stage for passenger ships approx. 1 km before the vacation plant.

Fuhlendorf belongs to the district Vorpommern-Rügen. Explore the not far away Rostock and Stralsund as well as the amber town Ribnitz-Damgarten during a day trip. There is so much to discover there. The beautiful Baltic beaches of Prerow and Zingst are only a few minutes away by car.

Internetdarstellung hat die Wirklichkeit größtenteils wiedergegeben

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir verbrachten in der Zeit vom 02.-09.07.2016 unseren Urlaub im Ferienhaus DMK 223, Hafenstraße 6 in 18356 Fuhlendorf. Positiv ist uns aufgefallen, daß die Internetdarstellung die Wirklichkeit größtenteils wiedergegeben hat. Allerdings war die Darstellung nicht umfassend, daher möchten wir Ihnen folgendes gerne mitteilen: Das Haus ist im hinteren Bereich noch nicht komplett fertiggestellt. Sowohl die endgültige Fassadenverkleidung sowie der hintere Hausbereich befinden sich noch im Bau. Stahlschrauben für den weiteren Ausbau waren bereits installiert, aber nicht abgesichert (Fotos wurden Novasol zur Prüfung zugleitet). Zudem wurde direkt an der Terrasse anliegend der Grünschnitt der gesamten Wohnanlage entsorgt. Die "Zufahrt" verlief unmittelbar an unserer Terrassentür vorbei. Unserer Ansicht gerechtfertigt diese Situation nicht einen Mietpreis von 959,00 €/Woche. Wir bitten um Prüfung einer Teilrückerstattung.
