Comfortable lounge seating on a covered front porch with a wood burning fire in the living room. Shared side deck with cottage next door. Only 10 minutes from Cashiers and 12 minutes from shopping. Take advantage of the Trillium Amenities, available to you at a separate fee upon arrival.

The Space:
Beautiful master bedroom and bath on the first floor with a second bedroom/office and bath upstairs.

Guest Access:
Access to the Trillium Clubhouse amenities are available on a first come, first serve basis, with a separate fee. Please send us a private message if you would like to take advantage of this opportunity. As I’ve said, spots, fill up fast!
Day rate: $50, Week rate: $200, Month rate: $500.

The Neighborhood:
This house is located in the beautiful Trillium Village with tennis courts, golf, lake access and more for an additional fee per week. Very peaceful neighborhood for a getaway.
