Welcome to The Cardigan – a spacious townhome and rooftop with a nod to the
mastermind of them all, Taylor Swift. Less than one mile from Broadway, this 4 bed/ 4
bath home is in a topnotch location and offers stunning views of the Nashville Skyline,
which you can admire while relaxing in the rooftop’s luxurious 5-person hot tub.

The Cardigan is walking distance to Broadway and multiple hot spots, but it’s
questionable as to whether or not you’ll want to leave this gem. Each room of the home
offers a unique interpretation of select albums or songs through interior design
(complete with easter eggs) and incudes subtle nods to the Swift eras as a whole.
If you have a large group and need more space, this is one of 3 attached units. Please
send us a message to check availability if you need more than one property and we’ll be
happy to accommodate you however we can.

Great stay!

My family loved this place! It was clean, comfortable, and the theme/decorations for tasteful and cute! We enjoyed the layout for cooking meals and eating and playing games together and handing out on the roof deck too! Overall the house was well-equipped, well-designed and spacious. The location was great and very convenient to access downtown and with quick access to the highway to get anywhere in Nashville. It would’ve given a four for the neighborhood given the close proximity of the adult entertainment venues behind us but the road we were on seemed safe. The townhouse definitely made our trip fun and enjoyable!

Cardigan for the win

Great place to stay. House was well equipped and had all amenities that we needed. Location was terrific. Approx 30 min walk from Broadway. Rooms and bedding were good. Kitchen was area was well equipped. Property showing some age but no more than pics indicated. Wifi was biggest disappointment but would not be enough to to stop me from booking here again.
