Beautifully renovated historical home in the hottest location Nashville has to offer. The home has a private back yard with large two story decks and gas grill. On the first floor all rooms are large with soaring 12 ft ceilings. Living room and dining room are open to one another and provide a nice flow through for large groups to socialize. The home is beautifully decorated and all beds have luxury comfy mattresses with high TC linens. Upstairs has an open loft with bar that leads to the large upstairs deck. There are electronic locks on both the front door and upstairs back door. Your group is assigned a unique code so each can come and go freely without constant coordination and juggling of keys.

We provide hotel like amenities and house is stocked with all your basic needs as well as lots of extras including complimentary coffee. The house sleeps up to 12 guests.
