Very beautiful, comfortable villa "Mareneve", 1'000 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, 7 km from the centre of Linguaglossa, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 km from the sea. Private: property 3'200 m2 (fenced), park, trees, orchard. Barbecue. Heating to be paid on the spot (16.Apr. - 31.Oct.), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Steep motor access to 7 km from the house (mountain road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 7 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop "Linguaglossa" 7 km, railway station "Fiume Freddo" 21 km, ferry "Catania" 65 km, sandy beach "Marina di Cottone" 20 km. Beautiful place with lots of space and tranquility

Friendly and helpful owner. Quiet place in easy reach of the beaches and natural parcs. The Etna volcano just 1 hr. away by car. nearest town offering everything you need.

Really nice house, ideal for a group of friends or a family. 10-15 mins drive from Linguaglossa and Solicchiata, great base to explore the wine and food scene of Etna. Also a short drive to the northern ascend point to Etna - Piano Provenzana. The house is very secluded and quiet in the middle of a pine forest, right in the natural park.

Nice and cozy house out-of-the-way near Etna

We had some really recreative days in this nice appartment. It is simple but includes everything one needs: fully equipped kitchen, washing-machine, good shower etc. From the terrace you can look down to Linguaglossa, which is 10 min away by car. The Etna hiking starting points are also about 10 min away by car. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. We are already thinking about visiting it next year again.

Прекрасный, уютный, просторный дом в тихом месте! Оборудован всем необходимым. На кухне много различной посуды. Удобные кровати. Хороший интернет. Большая территория вокруг дома, шикарный вид из окна (лес, горы, море). Мы прекрасно отдохнули вдали от шума городов. Нам очень помогал во всём Розарио, моментально решал все наши проблемы. Р. - самый лучший менеджер по управлению домом!!!

Viel Platz und Ruhe

Unterkunft genauso wie erwartet. Mitten im Wald ruhig und jede Menge Platz. Die kleine Stadt Linguaglossa hat alles was man braucht (hervorragende Metzgerei). Betreiber der Unterkunft sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In knapp 35 min. am Strand oder in 10 min im Waldgebiet. Den Ätna immer auf Sichtweite.

Gut mit Einschränkungen

- schönes Haus - manche Dinge fehlen allerdings noch wie Kaffeekanne, Teekanne, Wasserkocher, Fön - schöner Kamin, Terrasse, Aussicht - das Haus ist sehr rustikal, wir würden es nicht als komfortabel bezeichnen, aber Preis-Leistung ist wirklich in Ordnung - am Ätna auf 1.000 m, da kann es auch im April sehr kalt sein - Sinn macht das Haus nur bei wärmeren Temperaturen, wenn man die Terrasse und den Garten nutzen kann
