Villa "Anita", 3 storeys. 600 m from the centre of Viganj, 7 km from the centre of Orebić, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 400 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 7 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 7.4 km, pebble beach 600 m. Tennis 7 km, riding stable 7 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 100 m. Swimming pool with hydromassage.
5-room villa 240 m2 on 3 levels, south facing position. Living/dining room 70 m2 with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 210 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. 2nd upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 210 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Forced-air heating. Terrace 40 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Marvellous view of the sea and the swimming pool. Facilities: baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Excellent Villa

Great location overlooking the water but very peaceful at the same time. The area is a lovely place to visit. The villa is very clean and we had a superb time.

Perfect house

This is a wonderful holiday home, really nicely equipped, and a great space. Check in and out was simple, and there was plenty of help during the week. Highly recommend this place.

The villa is situated in a beautiful spot! The views are amazing, can sit all day watching the windsurfers and boats pass by.The house is easily walkable down to the restaurants and beaches but not back up after a meal and drinks very steep hill. Taxi is not cheap either.The villa only provides basics of dishes and bath towels. Cleaning supplies and anything for the kitchen needs to be provided by the renter.We loved the house and pool, just a little disappointed that more wasnt provided for our arrival.

Villa położona jest na wzgórzu z malowniczym widokiem. Basen jest codziennie czyszczony. Obiekt jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony, każdy pokój ma swoją łazienkę oraz klimatyzacje. W kuchni są wszystkie potrzebne do gotowania przedmioty. Tuż przed Villa znajduje się duży parking na kilka samochodów. Właściciel jest bardzo przyjazny oraz pomocny, ma własną restaurację z przepysznym jedzeniem. Przy wybieraniu Villi warto wiedzieć, że podejście jest dość strome i ciężkie.

Mooi huis, prachtig gelegen in de heuvels rond Viganj, alle comfort, ruime nette kamers, keuken is wat klein en onpraktisch, maar genoeg restaurants in de buurt om lekker te gaan eten

Todella siisti talo, jossa hyvät tilat ja kaikki tarvittava. Yhteistyö talon omistajan kanssa saumatonta. Ennakkotiedoissa olisi saanut olla tieto, että talo sijaitsee jyrkällä vuorenrinteellä. Kävellen nousu talolle kylältä todella raskas. Ei sovi vanhuksilla, liikuntarajoitteisille tai sydänsairaille. Oma auto suositeltava, koska Vikanjin kylässä ei takseja (ainakaan sesongin loppuaikoina).

We enjoyed a wonderful 11 days here. The villa is very spacious and well-appointed. The views are amazing. We had everything we needed apart from somewhere to make ice; a small freezer compartment would have been welcome.

Piękna villa

Byliśmy na wakacje w 8 osób , każda para miała swoją sypialnie z łazienka. Cały dom na bardzo wysokim poziomie , pięknie zaaranżowany. Basen czyściutki , cudowna roślinność , miejsce na grill i przede wszystkim duży stół . Ogromny parking i te winorośla ... Całość oświetlona przepięknymi latarenkami , których nie widać na zdjęciu :) ogólnie zdjęcia na stronie nie oddają tego jak tam jest przepięknie. I te widoki , zapierają dech w piersiach. Cała wioseczka niezwykle urokliwa . Do morza trzeba kawałek przejść w dół . W poblizu brak innych domów, cisza , spokoj i możliwosc krzyku bez ponoszenia konsekwencji :) Gospodarze uprzejmi , mili i bezproblemowi. Pan xxx ma rownież restauracje którą z całego serca polecamy .
