Great property -- we particularly loved being right downtown. Having parking for two cars: super helpful! We were able to load and unload on the street without difficulty. There was a minor faucet issue in the bathtub/shower that the owner said he'd get fixed. Otherwise, everything about this apartment was tiptop.

Great property. Right in the middle of downtown. Easy walks to everything downtown. The kitchen is small and great for small meals, but would not want to be cooking there for more than a couple of small meals.

We had a wonderful stay! The host provided excellent, very detailed information and instructions for the check-in process, including exactly where and how to park, which made arrival incredibly easy. The location was super convenient, directly across the street from Nelson’s Store and Grotto Restaurant. The property was clean, comfortable, and had a great layout, including a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and we especially appreciated the simple checkout process. Unlike some other hosts who ask guests to thoroughly clean the entire property before leaving, we were able to simply enjoy our stay and check out without an extensive list of chores. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place we would happily stay again!

This loft is in the center of Eureka Springs, close to so many shops and restaurants. The 2 parking spaces that come with the loft are very convenient. The booking process and communication with the host was very easy. The loft was clean and had laundry facilities and a nice kitchen with coffee. I would definitely stay there again.

This loft was perfect for three of us visiting downtown Eureka Springs. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. Even so, the location was quiet and felt very private. Highly recommend!
