So close to restaurants, shopping and pubs. Leave your car and walk, trolly, or local ride company...as parking is hard to come by in Eureka Springs...and is costly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect for 6 adults. Bedrooms & bathrooms very spacious. Living area & kitchen good flow & kitchen fully equipped. Too hot to enjoy two patio areas & grill area. Parking excellent - we had three cars. We were six women friends for over 30 years. Great location to downtown area, very walkable.

Besides the clean spacious interior, the location was great. We were able to park at the house and walk every where in downtown Eureka Springs.

Great for a couples trip

Three couples stayed at this property. It was great that each had their own very nice room and bathroom. Very clean, lots of parking, and a quick easy walk to downtown Eureka Springs

The house was perfect for what we needed. Great location within walking distance to everything downtown. Property manager was beyond easy to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be staying again!

Great place!!

We loved the location of the property and the ease of entry and parking. Very close to downtown, easy walking, and accessible to other areas as well. House was very clean, had almost everything we needed to cook meals, etc. We never had to contact the manager as she had covered almost everything in her welcome email before our stay. Will definitely stay here again!!

Comfortable Getaway

My husband and I stayed here with 2 other couples and it was a great arrangement for us to each have our own great bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen was spacious so we could easily work together preparing meals. The location is within walking distance to the downtown area, so overall it was a great place to stay!

Perfect for couples!

The fact that this home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms makes this perfect for couples traveling together! The decor was beautiful and everything was very updated and clean! We will be back!!

Amazing

The property was amazing. There were 3 couples that stayed in this amazing house. We would ride motorcycles during the day, and when we returned we were able to walk 2 blocks to main street. I would love to stay again sometime. Management was also outstanding.

The house is lovely and everything was well supplied.

We would rent again although the location directly in a fairly busy road with lots of motorcycle traffic was the one drawback. The owner clearly takes wonderful care of the house and we loved the well-supplied bathrooms. Highly recommend this house.

Fun town

The house met our needs quite well. The location was perfect for walking to the heart of town, especially since parking is premium in the downtown area. The only suggestion for future comforts would be to have a nightlight in the bathroom off the master suite.

Summer Ridge Retreat

Summer Ridge was beautifully updated & spotless!! Everyone loved the comfy beds & bathrooms. Two large outside sitting areas next to a bubbling spring. Within walking distance to shops & restaurants.
