*Patio with seating out back.
*Pet friendly fenced in yard. (crate available upon request)
*Kid tested and approved! - pack and play and high chair (available upon request) child gates in the laundry room

Metra train in town that goes straight to the city. Plenty of shops, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. 25 minutes drive into downtown Chicago (with no traffic)
