"Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM to respect neighbors.”
No Loud music any time.
No external music equipment including any loud speakers.
No more that 6 people should be present in the house at any time.
Extra guest should be notified and will be charged or booking can be canceled on violation
No Smoking in the house, near the front door or in the garage.

The village requires to observe QUIET TIME after 10pm, Please do not make loud noises or play any music that is audible outside the house.

Clean, spacious

We rented this home for our friends who were visiting from out of town. They mentioned that the home is spacious and clean. Check-in and checkout was pretty seamless and the owner is very responsive and attentive. We'll book again when more friends visit. Thank you!

Need New Cleaning Crew and Kitchenware

Location of the property is fantastic. Although a townhome, more than enough room for 6. Place is in desperate need for renovation and kitchen utensils/cookware, but as a rental, we were not expecting much more. Overall, we entered a reassembly clean place, short of dishes in the sink, dishes in the washer, and a dirty stove top. Some dishes/glasses/silverware in cabinets were not clean, so we cleaned prior to using anything. Master bath shower was found with a couple floss picks and an open bottle of Cetaphil on the soap ledge. The shower in the first floor bathroom is tied off, off limits and the kitchen range exhaust does not work. We did leave the property late, spending much of that time striping beds, washing dishes, and putting all garbage in the garage, none of which was asked for in the owner instructions. We left the kitchen cleaner than we found it, with paper towel rolls and garbage bags, neither of which were provided.. We left as soon as the cleaning crew arrived at the door, followed by a call in a few minutes later from the owner to confirming that we had left. Cleaning crew said they waited for an hour and a half for us to leave. This couldn’t have been the case, with myself pulling up to the place 45 minutes before we left. I subsequently found that I was being charged for this. I informed them that in paying this, I would leave a fair but honest review. Owner was nice and attentive during the stay and for the options we had, this was still a reasonable value.

Great townhome for friends

6 of us spent the night having dinner and hanging out. The washrooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and family room area are roomy and worked well for our uses. The fridge was left open so we were able to store all our food and drinks without any issue. Grilling is not allowed on the property so we ended up ordering take out for the night.

Comfortable for a quick stay

The home was very comfortable for a quick weekend. The host / owner made access very easy and was great. Overall a very nice stay in a clean, safe neighborhood - lots of great Asian grocery stores (which I love) and good access to restaurants. You must have a car for this location. The house could use a coat of paint, and it would be nice if the beds were all on bed frames. Two of the rooms were just mattresses on the floor (which absolutely worked for our stay.)
