Hermann's winter dream on the ski carousel / ski jump !!!!

Apartment:
The apartment has an area of 40m² and is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. It is located on the top floor of a terrace house. Access to the Herroh ski area is at the door. The living room is equipped with two sofa beds and a dining area as well as a TV armchair and a dining table and of course a large LCD flat screen. The kitchen is luxuriously equipped with everything you need: stove with oven / microwave; Dishwasher; Coffee machine; Kettle and an XXL fridge with separate freezer. The cozy winter dream is the bedroom for children or young-at-heart adults and is equipped with two comfort mattresses. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. You can sunbathe on the large terrace / loggia with guaranteed sunshine from 8 a.m. to around 6 p.m. There is also a basement for storing skis and a parking space.

Location:
The house is only a 2-minute walk from the ski carousel / Herrloh. Only the street "Am Waltenberg" has to be crossed and you are in the middle of the ski area or on the toboggan slope. The center of Winterberg is very easy to reach in about 5 minutes on foot.
This apartment is wonderfully located in Winterberg in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Sauerland. In summer you can enjoy wonderful (Nordic) hiking, tobogganing and mountain biking. You can also go on excursions to the various beautiful villages with half-timbered houses. A few minutes from your apartment is the spa park, the bike park with various challenging routes, a shopping center with supermarket, and a swimming pool. After enjoying the fresh air for a whole day, you can relax with a drink and a meal in one of the cozy cafés and restaurants. There is a disco for young people where you can dance wonderfully. You can rent the following extras on site: mountain bike, women's and men's bike, carving ski incl. Ski boots and snowboard.

Important ! Bed linen / sheets and towels (duvets and pillows available) must be brought or can be ordered for € 7.50 per person. Laundry package is to be paid on site.

We loved the house, which is clean, contains everything you need (apart from wifi, but you are outside the whole day anyway). You can start skiing right across the street, no extra travel necessary. We recommend it.

Das Appartment war schön, sehr sauber, für uns in einer perfekten Lage und mit einem tollen Ausblick. Es war im Grunde alles vorhanden, bis auf WLAN (was in Zeiten von schlechtem Fernsehprogramm wünschenswert wäre). Das Badezimmer benötigt am Spiegel mehr Beleuchtung, da es kein Tageslicht hat und somit etwas dunkel ist. Der Balkon mit wunderschönenm Ausblick braucht ein Make-Over: die Bodenplatten sind wackelig, es wächst Moos und Unkraut in den Fugen, es fehlt eine vernünftige Sitzgelegenheit mit Tisch (so dass man auch draußen essen kann) und ein Sonnenschutz wäre ideal. Es gibt eine Markise, diese ließ sich jedoch nicht ausfahren da die dazugehörige Stange nicht vorhanden war.Für 2 Personen ist dieses Appartment ideal, man ist schnell im Zentrum als auch in der Natur zum wandern.

5 Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Wunderschöne Aussicht und praktische Raumaufteilung. Angenehmer und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer. Über die Straße gehen und man ist direkt bei den Pisten und Liften.In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.Absolut empfehlenswert!

Schöne Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist richtig schön und gut eingerichtet. Leider ist 50m entfernt die Apres-Ski Halle von Winterberg. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns, bis auf die abendlichen Bassgeräusche, sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Wohnung und sehr netter Vermieter

Für einen kurzen Skiurlaub in Winterberg ist die Wohnung ideal. Mein Mann, unsere Kinder und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Wohnung hat die perfekte Lage. Theoretisch kann man sich die Skier unter die Arme klemmen und muss nur über die Straße gehen, um direkt loszufahren. Wetterbedingt waren nicht alle Piste offen, aber auch die nächsten waren in nicht einmal fünf Minuten mit dem Auto (für welches sowohl Parkplatz als auch Tiefgarage zur Verfügung stehen) zu erreichen. Auch die „Restaurantmeile“ und Innenstadt sind fußläufig erreichbar, sogar mit (Klein-)kindern. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Check-in unkompliziert. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, wir haben nichts vermisst. Skisachen können im Skikeller verstaut werden. Beim nächsten Besuch in Winterberg buchen wir diese Wohnung gerne wieder.

Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub

Wir haben 6 Nächte in Oliver's FeWo verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles was man für eine Auszeit braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, der Bikepark ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt und die Aussicht vom Balkon ist großartig.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr zufriedenstellend. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich dort direkt wohl. Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend gelegen zum Skigebiet und Wandergebiet. Sie ist modern eingerichtet, alles was benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. A good stay in Winterberg

I really liked the place, it had everything it needed and still felt really cozy, the view was great to wake up to. Also the ski lift was close to the house. Beside the positive points about the house, Herman was a friendly owner.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und ist auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. In der Umgebung ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich würde diese Wohnung jeder Zeit wieder Buchen.
