Located minutes from the center of Key West and walking distance to a local coffee shop (Baby's Coffee), market and family park that offers tennis and basketball courts. Bring your boat and enjoy your days on the water. Plenty of room to park your trailer.

Mid stay clean by our professional cleaning crew is mandatory with every stay.

Access in and out of the canal is very shallow, specially during low tide. Boats with T-Tops will have issues crossing over to the backcountry via the Lower Sugarloaf and Harris Channel.
MUST BE AT LEAST 30 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK THIS HOUSE

-Max 8 guest per stay

- NO SMOKING $500.00 fee will charged for smoking inside the house.

- Bonfires prohibited

- We ask our guest not to remove any items found through out the house and property

-Guest shall take care of the premises, its appliances and furnishings and maintain the house in a neat and sanitary condition. Guest will leave house in the same condition as at check-in, including furniture placement. Excessive trash/garbage and or leaving the house in an unsanitary condition will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.

- No wet clothes or towels to be left on top of floor.

-Housekeeping required every two weeks at the guests expence.
