Welcome to Seaside Dreams! Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom condo including a private deck with a direct view of the pool. Take the elevator down and find your toes in the sand in no time! Enjoy a game of air hockey in the living area or head to the fitness area close by. Head to the master bedroom which will include a comfortable King bed and a spacious master bathroom with granite vanity sink, walk in closet, and shower/tub. The second bedroom provides a twin over full size bunk set and another full bathroom located just across the hall. Large gourmet kitchen just off the living and dining area fully stocked with appliances, dishes, and more. Tile flooring throughout as well as granite counter tops and beautiful stainless steal appliances!

PLEASE NOTE: THE SANCTUARY PLANS TO OPEN ITS POOLS AND FITNESS CENTER MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND (5/27/2023) THROUGH OCTOBER 1, 2023. THE CONDO ASSOCIATION HAS THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THE POOLS AT ANY TIME AND WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTROL THIS. COULD BE CONSTRUCTION, WEATHER, REPAIRS, ETC.

Ocean Sands is the best!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Sands now has a loyal customer in me. I had booked a trailer in the Surfside RV resort but my reservation was cancelled on me 3 days before my family and I were due to come down from NY for 2 weeks. I booked another trailer only to find out at 9:15pm Friday night (the night before we were due to drive down) that trailer would not be available either. I sent a text to Jonnie Mellen at 10:00pm in desperation and she texted me back, letting me know she had two units available, I could stay in one the first week then move to a different unit the second week. She put a hold on them and I was able to go to the office and pay after I arrived in Sandbridge. I was helped by Jordan upon arriving. I cannot say enough about Jonnie and Jordan. I will book a vacation rental through anyone except Ocean Sands from now on. Their responsiveness and dedication saved my family's vacation!

Seaside Dreams Review

Condo was located in a building right on the beach, which was awesome. Parking is convenient in a garage under the condos, so you don't need to worry about rain when unloading. Condo was clean and is good overall condition. Dishwasher should be replaced as it didn't seem to properly clean the dishes. Other than that, the condo was great and I would stay here again.

The unit was great, just as advertised.

My main complaint is the property management company. All correspondence is via text. Most of the responses were quick; however, finding the unit was the map we were given was impossible. The elevators do not properly list this unit and we were walking around for 45 min trying to find it. There is no one physically on the property to help and none of the other renters had any information. Check out info was texted the day before check out and it did provide all the proper info but I would have preferred to have it all at one time when checking in. But the unit itself was fine. Clean and as advertised.
