Ky Creek Cabin was the perfect cozy home for a much-needed quiet escape! The cabin and grounds are beautiful, and the proximity to the Square in Dahlonega, as well as to the stores in Dawsonville, was perfect. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay!
This cabin is beautiful! We really wish we could have stayed longer. The beds are super comfy and the air conditioning (my priorities) is amazing! The bathrooms are big and clean. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

It’s a cute cabin getaway on pretty property. However, be aware this “shared property” is an understatement. The second building is steps away. So close that their cigarette smoke wafted over to the back patio and put quite the damper on our outdoor dining. So close it was kind of creepy and forced to close all blinds when it got dark. For a cabin on two acres, never would I have imagined the next place was so close. Put a damper on what otherwise would have been a great experience. Also know the cabin is rustic, not modern amenities - which was fine for us. The closeness to the next guest was not fine.

We apologize that somebody had to stay at the barndominium for one of the nights you were there. He was our handyman and I don't believe he was there for more than to sleep and then go back to work. It is VERY rare that we have ever used that and even more rare when guests were staying there. The property is very private, serene, and relaxing. Honestly one of the prettiest spots in the NGA mountains. :) So sorry again for the inconvenience.
The property was AWESOME! The cabin is on plenty of land and is so private. The back deck has a great view. We loved the location in relationship to downtown Dahlongena. Our only critique is the furniture. The cabin needs a comfortable couch and a few more chairs in the living room. The back deck could use new patio furniture as well. But again, we would stay
Very cozy home and property. We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed in the house, great views, and close to everything but far enough for peace and quiet.
Super cute decorating. The creek behind the house was delightful. Kitchen stocked if needing anything from plates to spices.

The shower upstairs leaked onto the bed downstairs the first time my guest attempted to use it. We booked this location for the 2nd bathroom and couldn’t use the shower the remainder of our stay. Also in the upstairs bath were several dead cockroaches upon arrival. Dog poop in the backyard as well. Overall, the property felt older than what the pictures show and overpriced for the issues we had.

The shower leak has been fixed and we gave this guest back the cost of half of their stay for the inconvenience. This guest had a pet but didn't disclose it to us (dishonest) and lastly we walked the entire property after they left and didn't find any dog poop.
Loved the grounds around the cabin. The sight and sounds of the creek were just what one would expect. The trees were beautiful. We had a hawk nesting just above the deck that kept a watchful eye.

It was a pleasure to stay at such a picturesque property, that is so well run.
We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely little getaway in the woods! The house is very clean and cozy and our dogs loved being able to explore the property and creek.
I stayed here for 2 days as a personal sabbatical to take a break from the noise of life and reset. It was perfect. The sound of the creek at night was so relaxing, and I was able to just be one with nature. I had my two German Shepherds, and they loved running and playing in the creek. It was a perfect retreat. The home was clean and comfortable and had so many amenities. There was nothing that I needed that they didn't have. I will definitely book with Carson Cabins again.
