Don't trust listing or owner

Location and concierge were great!Owner lied in the listing by saying there was wifi available. When I asked about it after I checked in he changed the listing description and then insisted there was no wifi. Good thing I took a screenshot mentioning there was wifi available.Also there were no bed sheets and towels included which I had to pay extra after arrival. No one of this was mentioned until after the full refund deadline has passed

Désolé pour ce commentaire. Vous m’avez contacté plusieurs jours avant pour savoir si vous deviez emmèner vos draps, ce à quoi je vous ai dit que les draps et le ménage ne sont pas inclus dans la location mais que le concierge peut vous proposer ces services. Je trouve votre concierge déplacé du fait. Quand au wifi, il n’est pas disponible en effet et cette information est bien mentionnée dans les détails du logement sur Abritel.
