The Location of the property was great and very close to 2 lifts that take you directly to the Alp d Heuz ski area. The property itself needs upkeep. The curtains can not open and close. Most of the cups, mugs, soup bowls and plates are chipped. The kettle did not work when we arrived but the host send a new 1 the next day. The coffee machine jumps open when you brew a pot of coffee, meaning someone need to hold it in place until a full pot of coffee is brewed. If you do not do that then the coffee spills and does not go into the coffee pot. The pillows did not have pillow protectors and smells. The blankets/duvets are dirty and smell bad. It is possible that it was never washed since it was bought. We had to bring our own towels and sheets and duvet covers which was difficult as we travelled from abroad. When we arrived the oven was so dirty that we never used it during our stay. We had to wash most of the plates and cups again as it was dirty and sticky. There were 2 dirty towels on the bathroom floor which we had to dispose of. There were not even a dish cloth and washing spons. We enjoyed the location and tried to make the best of it.

L'appartement est très bien situé, au coeur de la station d'Oz en Oisans. C'est très calme et la vue sur la montagne est fabuleuse.L'appartement est plutôt rustique et nécessiterait quelques améliorations. Mais bon rapport qualité/prix pour le prix payé.

Très bon WE de ski à Oz

Très bon emplacement à Oz, à 50 m des remontées. Même si l'appartement est indiqué pour 8 personnes, Il serait compliqué de mettre plus de 5 adultes.Propriétaire très accommodante et très réactive. L'appartement a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon WE et la petite station OZ3300 est très agréable tout en ayant accès au grand domaine skiable de l'Alpe d'huez.

Appartement décevant mais station super

Gros problème de VMC beaucoup trop forte (crée des courant d'air, aspire l'air froid de l'extérieur sous la porte d'entrée); indiqué sur l'annonce chambre mais que des coins ouverts, avec les rideaux cassés qui ne ferment plus (donc grand jour le matin à l'aube); plaque de cuisson fêlée, et pas assez de place pour mettre deux poêles de taille moyenne ; parquet dégradé dans le séjour; four dans l'annonce mais en fait micro four (pas la place d'un moule de 30 cm); mitigeur de la baignoire qui fuit et peu de pression; abattant des toilettes cassé; radiateur de la salle de bain qui ne fonctionne pas.Loueuse très réactive pour les messages (lavabo bouché à notre arrivée pris en compte et solutionné le jour même).Tout a été signalé à la loueuse.

Appartement très bien situé et fonctionnel

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. L'appartement correspond à l'annonce, il est bien équipé. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication avec notre hôte, merci. Astuce bonne à savoir: il y a deux accès pour le casier à skis dont un des deux s'ouvre sans clé.

Super location

Nous sommes partis à 4 entre amis. Appartement très bien équipé et emplacement idéal au pied des pistes. Cependant je pense que l'appartement serait trop étroit pour 6 personnes ou plus. Communication avec Catherine très claire et arrivée et départ en autonomie, idéal. Je recommande sans hésitation. Merci pour le séjour.

Idéal petite famille ou sur courte durée

Logement trop juste pour 6 adultes, car petit et pas de vrai chambre, mais il était propre, et avec le nécessaire. Au pied des pistes, donc un régal d'avoir peu de distance à faire avec les chaussures aux pieds et les ski sous le bras. Boulangerie, resto, supérette et forfait de ski aussi à 2 pas. Catherine est très réactive par message et la procédure d'entrée est simple, donc très agréable.
