In the heart of the Corrèze countryside, on the hills above Brive, a complex of two houses on the same private property featuring a paved courtyard, a large terrace, and expansive shaded green spaces. One is spacious and fully equipped with all modern comforts, sleeping 8; the other is more “cosy” in the local country style, sleeping 4. Ideal for two or three families with children.
Located at the starting point of numerous hiking trails and near beautiful villages worth visiting: Aubazine 7 km, Turenne 23 km, Collonges-la-Rouge 25 km, Coiroux Lake 13 km for swimming and horseback riding, and Causse Lake in Lussac-sur-Couze 20 km. Within 30 minutes to 1 hour of many tourist attractions in the Lot and Dordogne regions.
Children’s swings, playground equipment, baby gear, ping-pong table, foosball table. A city park and bocce court in the village.
Pets are allowed if they stay outside and sleep in the garage.

The large house:
Ground floor: Large living room with fireplace insert, TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, large terrace with patio furniture, barbecue, and lounge chairs. 1 bedroom with a 140-size bed, 1 guest bedroom with an 80-size bed or a cot. 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub, and changing table; 1 toilet.
Upper floor: 1 bedroom with a 140-bed. 1 children’s bedroom with a 140-bed, a 90-bed, and a 90-mattress on the floor—option to add a baby bed or a second mattress on the floor. 1 shower room, 1 toilet.
Basement: large garage used as a secondary kitchen (gas stove, freezer, dryer) and as a playroom on rainy days.
The small house:
Ground floor: large living area with living room, dining room, and a fireplace with a gas/wood/electric range, plus a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Laundry room with washing machine/dryer and toilet. Cool cellar.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with a 140-size bed. Additional mattress or baby bed available upon request. Shower room and toilet.
Please note: Bed linens are not included in the rental price, but they are available on site for €10 per double bed and €5 per single bed.
