Beautiful 3-Home Ranch Nestled below the Rocky Mountains along Huerfano River

This unique property boasts over 1000 acres for hiking, horseback riding and 4 wheeling. It sits in a lush riverbed with over 2 miles of river frontage. Tons of wildlife and plenty of space to explore. The historic ranch was established in the 1890's...has a rich history and offers two newly renovated homes and a trendy tiny home for your next vacation. All homes have full kitchens and bathrooms. The ranch house sleeps 10. The Bunk house sleeps 2 and the tiny home sleeps 4. The property can accommodate equine with fully functioning corrals.

Please Note: The bunk house is unavailable/not included in full ranch rental September 18, 2022- October 18, 2022

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Set Thermostat to 65 in the winter and to 70 in the summer.
Close and lock property gate as you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please return all items to original houses if you move things around during your stay. (example: dishes, small appliances, blankets etc.)
HRR is a working cattle ranch, so please close all gates behind you (with the exception of the entrance gate which may remain open during your stay).
Prior to leaving: Place trash in dumpster; turn off all lights; set thermostats at 70 degrees (summer) 60 degrees (winter); leave homes unlocked
