Check in was easy. The duplex was great and in a great location. Loved that it had a back yard. I didn’t use the kitchen, but it had everything you need to cook. It was in a great location and super close to campus.

The sofa was worn and obviously patched but very comfy. (In my family, my mother would have put a slipcover on it!) The mattress in the front bedroom was horrible and was made worse (not better) by the addtion of about an inch of foam rubber that reached almost, but not quite, to the edge. On the other hand, it was comparatively inexpensive, was very clean and had everything you needed to be comfortable.

OU Graduation weekend stay

We had a pleasant stay during OU graduation weekend. The house is located close to the campus. It was clean and the fenced yard enabled our dog to run around and play. Owner was flexible with us checking out a bit later and that was much appreciated.

Great Stay in Norman

Wonderful stay in Norman for a job interview. Property owner was communicarive and gave great guidance on shopping and food. We visited Thunderhead Lake and enjoyed our visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Good set up with 2 Queens and 2 baths.

Check-in was easy! Good instructions from owner. Beds were comfy. Lots of work has been done updating. We slept very well. 2nd bath still needs updating. Need hooks or more towel bars in bathrooms. Nice and close to our family in Norman.

I'm a dog-loving, video professional who'd rather be on the golf course! I a from Oklahoma, and since work often takes me out of state, I bought this place to share with my fellow dog lovers as they come to Norman to take part in all things related to the University and family living here.

Why they chose this property

The location is perfect for active, dog lovers, who want to be close to campus without being "stuck on campus." There's a great walking path just behind the property, an amazing dog park is just down the road, and my personal favorite, Lake Thunderbird is 12 minutes door to door. My GSP loves swimming, so every lunch break is 12 minutes there, 30 minutes of swimming, and then 12 minutes back just in time to be ready for my next Zoom meeting.
