We stayed for our daughter’s graduation weekend. Convenient to campus and lots of food and shopping nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Parking for one car in the garage and two in driveway with additional street parking. Two bedrooms with queen beds and two bathrooms made sleeping for four very comfortable. The host was quickly responsive and friendly. Well stocked kitchen. We had a great stay!

We booked this rental for proximity to the stadium and that was terrific, but the unit is very dated. We were hoping for just a clean, inexpensive place to sleep following a concert, but one of the beds was actually broken upon our arrival. The host, however, was great. Easy check in process and he even helped us get a refund due to the bed issue. he reported that the bed has been replaced with a new one.

Needs to be sprayed badly. We left early. Dishwasher full of roaches. Roaches were everywhere in the kitchen. Bedrooms and bathroom were bug free but we were unable to cook or have any food there while we stayed. I was refunded one night. But I lost money on food that was in the fridge and paying for another place to stay. So the refund didnt even cover what was lost.

The dishwasher didn’t work, the mattress in the second room was worn out and needs to be replaced. There are no screens on the windows.The front screen door does not lock, cause it to flael in the Oklahoma wind. Overall the property could benefit from some care.

For an older place it was good and clean. I do think that it would be better if the carpets were switched out for hard surface flooring. It is always nice to find a pet friendly place when traveling.

Game day getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this very nice VRBO. Well kept, excellent communication, and the best location possible to OU campus! We are glad to be returning later this year to stay at this same place.

I'm a dog-loving, video professional who'd rather be on the golf course! I a from Oklahoma, and since work often takes me out of state, I bought this place to share with my fellow dog lovers as they come to Norman to take part in all things related to the University and family living here.

Why they chose this property

The location is perfect for active, dog lovers, who want to be close to campus without being "stuck on campus." There's a great walking path just behind the property, an amazing dog park is just down the road, and my personal favorite, Lake Thunderbird is 12 minutes door to door. My GSP loves swimming, so every lunch break is 12 minutes there, 30 minutes of swimming, and then 12 minutes back just in time to be ready for my next Zoom meeting.
