Location, location, location!
Our newly renovated, spacious and bright 3-room comfort apartment with a sunny private balcony is located in the preferred residential area of the popular district of Ording, in the first row and in close proximity to the dream beach. Here you can smell and taste the sea!
The apparently infinite Ordinger beach (the only real bathing beach in SPO, also called the 'largest sandpit' in Germany) is easily accessible on foot from our domicile via the dike.

The center of St. Peter-Bad with all tourist infrastructure incl. Restaurant Gosch, the promenade, new wellness dune thermal baths, pier and stilt houses are only a short walk away. Restaurants, shops, bakeries, bike rental, bus, adventure playground - all on foot ...!

Special service for us guests: a so-called "seasonal beach chair" is available free of charge exclusively for our tenants at the Pfahlbau Strandbar 54 ° Nord - directly on the popular Ordinger sandy beach!

12 km long and up to 2 km wide - fine-grained, white sand as far as the eye can see - there is no more beach anywhere!

very bright and friendly apartment with lots of sun until evening, completely renovated and furnished in 2016, 2 bedrooms, shower room, living room with panoramic dining area in front of the balcony windows and unobstructed view of the dyke, open-plan brand kitchen with separate breakfast table, sun-drenched private balcony with dining area, storage room, at the windows pleated blinds + mosquito nets + shutters, community garden, underground parking, laundry room, perfect infrastructure of the surrounding area.
2 x TV, DVD, Wii, WiFi, underfloor heating, completely new furnishings and inventory, toddler equipment free.
