With a generous 110 square metres spread over two levels (upper floor and top floor), this apartment is a true gem, featuring tiled floors and high-quality furnishings. The ideal retreat, especially for families.

As you enter the apartment, you’ll be greeted by an inviting entryway with a coat closet and a convenient storage closet under the stairs. The cosy living-dining room invites you to linger and is furnished with an elegant leather sofa set and comfortable fabric armchairs. Here you can relax while watching a good film, surf the Internet for free (thanks to cable TV, Wi-Fi, and Internet access), or gather around the dining table with six chairs.

The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy for you to prepare your own meals—from a refrigerator with freezer compartment to a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, exhaust fan, and dishwasher.

After an eventful day of holiday, you can unwind on the first level in one of the two bedrooms with a double bed (180 x 200 cm / separate mattresses and a closet). The natural-light bathroom offers the highest level of comfort with a shower, heated towel rack, sink, lighted mirror cabinet, hair dryer, and toilet. Another lockable bedroom is located on the second level and features a double bed. Here, you’ll also find a bathroom with natural light, complete with a shower, heated towel rack, sink, mirror, hair dryer, and toilet.

Enjoy relaxing moments on the furnished balcony facing the garden, complete with comfortable cushions and a parasol. The furnished loggia, which faces the street, offers a change of scenery.
