A 2-floor country house, recently built with traditional materials and furniture, with 5 beds, kitchen, wifi, with terrace with a wonderful view of the green hill and the sea. The estate has olives, wine, fruit, vegetable garden and space for children to explore.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen und man hat einen traumhaften Ausblick.Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war alles sauber und ordentlich.Man hat tatsächlich wenig Stauraum in den Schränken, da alles irgendwie „voll“ gestopft ist.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert , freundlich und problemlos.Wir würden gern wieder kommen.

Communicatie met eigenaar verliep zeer soepel. Hij had ook een overzicht van activiteiten gemaild. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig kan hebben, heeft een idyllisch uitzicht en heeft zowel in de winter als zomer een fijn klimaat. Je krijgt er een gratis (knuffelige) kat bij én als het seizoen er naar is; vers fruit van de bomen. De weg er naartoe is niet voor beginnende automobilisten. Voor de kinderen is er wat speelgoed, een trampoline en schommel. Op het ruime balkon staat een zwembad. Voor vragen (over bijvoorbeeld de omgeving) kan je mailen of bellen met de eigenaar. Hij spreekt een groot aantal talen. De slaapkamer biedt uitzicht over de middellandse zee en de bergen. De bedden waren prima (wij hebben toch slechte ervaringen met vakantie bedden!), al zouden de matrassen vervangen mogen worden, daar deze al een flinke kuil had ontwikkeld.

Ruhig mit toller Aussicht, aber auch mit Schwächen

Positives: Das Haus liegt ruhig, 20 min kurvenreiche Strecke über Varazze. In Varazze kann man an vielen Stellen kostenlos baden, auch die Bergflüsse sind toll zum Baden. Der Blick zum Meer ist einmalig schön. Wohnzimmer, Küche und großes Bad sind sehr geräumig und auch der Garten ist groß und war vor allem für die Kinder toll. Man kann nah am Haus parken. Nachts ist es ruhig. Auf der großen Terrasse ist viel Platz zum Aufhängen von Wäsche. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und gut zu erreichen.Negatives: Im Haus ist einiges defekt oder auch teilweise sehr abgenutzt und einfach irgendwie vollgestellt. Sessel/Sofa und einiges an Küchenutensilien und der Grill hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich (Flecken, Sprünge im Geschirr, blinde Gläser, vieles ist ein Sammelsurium, manches möchte man gar nicht benutzen, Wachstischdecke kaputt). Der Abfluss der großen Dusche war von Anfang an problematisch, auch der in der Küche. Eine der Herdplatten war defekt, das Licht im Kühlschrank und die Aufrollautomatik des Staubsaugers auch. Sauberkeit mal gut, mal eher schlecht. Im Kinderzimmer und den Küchenschränken war es immer wieder muffig. Es gab kaum Ablageflächen im großen Bad und Stauraum in den Schränken, fast überall ist schon Kram verstaut gewesen, wir haben teilweise aus den Koffern leben müssen. Für den Preis muss einiges gemacht/ausgetauscht werden am Ferienhaus.Katzen sollte man mögen, denn der Kater kommt nachts durchs Fenster rein und sogar mit ins Bett, ist aber echt lieb.

Silvester 24/25

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und schönen Urlaub in der großen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war bei der Ankunft angenehm warm und während unseres Aufenthalts, konnten wir den Kamin und die Fußbodenheizung genießen.Die Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass alles für einen guten Urlaub vorhanden ist. Beim gemeinsamen essen, konnten wir den Blick auf das Meer genießen. Der Ort ist für Ausflüge sehr gut geeignet, sowohl zum wandern wie auch die umliegende Städte mit dem Auto zu erkunden. (Abgesehen von der Parkplatzsuche ;)) Vielen Dank Fabiola und Marcel, wir hatten eine gute Zeit bei euch.

Haus mit Blick aufs Meer in der Ruhe

Der Weg zum Haus ist sehr kurvenreich (ca.15-20 min.) von Varazze aus. Der Gastgeber Marcell ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Küche läßt sich gut kochen. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und über einen Kaminofen gut zu heizen. Das Badezimmer ist groß und im Schlaf-zimmer mit Doppelbett schläft man sehr gut. Das Haus ist gut geeignet für ein Ehepaar mit ein bis zwei Kindern (aber man denke an die vielen Kurven zum Hoch- und Runterfahren).Uns hat es rundum sehr gut gefallen.

Prima verblijf

We hebben een prima verblijf gehad. We hebben iedere dag weer genoten van het mooie uitzicht en de rust. Het huis biedt veel mogelijkheden om te badderen/relaxen. Het huis staat bij een prachtig natuurgebied waar je goed kan wandelen/mountainbiken. Binnen 15 minuten zit je in de leuke badplaats Varazze met winkeltjes en terrasjes. Een prima plek voor een fijne vakantie.

Familienurlaub

Wir durften eine Woche Familienurlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung mit viel Platz geniessen. Hat alles prima geklappt und wir haben das Haus wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Fabiola und Marcel haben uns sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wirklich toll

Marcel ist ein völlig unkomplizierter Vermieter. Die Übergabe und die Rückgabe des Hauses waren mehr als einfach. Ein tolles Haus mit einer tollen Aussicht und einer schönen liebevollen Einrichtung. Das obere Badezimmer mit Whirl-Badewanne, riesengroße Duschanlage mit Radio, Regen, Dusche, Massage etc.waren bei den Kids natürlich das Highlight. Alles in allem uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen :-)

Wunderbarer Sommerurlaub in Ligurien

Wir haben hier mit unseren 3 Kindern (5, 5 und 7 Jahre alt) einen sehr schönen Sommerurlaub verbracht! Das große Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man für den Alltag gebrauchen kann. Besonders toll ist der wunderschöne Ausblick auf die Landschaft und das Meer! Das Ferienhaus ist von dem kleinen Ort Varazze aus gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch die Umgebung bietet viele schöne und interessante Ausflugsziele (z.B. Celle, Savona, Genua...). Das Meer ist sehr schön und sauber und es gibt auch kleine Strandabschnitte, die kostenlos sind (z.B. in Celle, wenn man früh da ist, bekommt man auch gut einen Parkplatz). Die Vermieter waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Den verkuschelten Kater Tom haben wir alle ins Herz geschlossen! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und können das Ferienhaus und Ligurien als Urlaubsziel wärmstens empfehlen!

Wer es ruhig mag - super. Rumel gibt es in Varazze genug....

Herrlicher Urlaub

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön, auch im Herbst kann man herrliche Tage mit Blick aufs Meer oder die Regenwolken verbringen, der Wald ist schön, man kann spazieren, wandern, klettern …einfach großartig, auch unser Vermieter Marcel war sehr freundlich ..wir hatten tolle Tage …und unsere drei Jungs haben den Garten ….genossen

Einfach perfekt für uns!

Wir haben uns total erholt in dem schönen Haus . Es ist so unglaublich ruhig dort, tolle Wanderungen sind von dort direkt möglich, der Ausblick aufs Meer, wenn man morgens die Augen aufmacht und natürlich Tom, der Kater und Marcel, der tolle Vermieter, haben uns einen perfekten Urlaub ermöglicht. Wundervoll erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Hunden einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem urigen Haus in wunderschöner Lage. Wir haben den Ausblick aufs Meer sehr genossen und uns allabendlich am Besuch der Wildtiere im riesigen Garten und am Entspannen im Jacuzzi erfreut. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter steht bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung- lieben Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zu Ausflügen und Wanderungen, so dass wir dem Rummel an der Küste entfliehen und trotz Hochsaison einen absolut ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub haben konnten.

Marcel ist ein freundliche unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Das Haus hat Charme und steht mitten in der Natur. Ruhig und grosszügig mit schönem Ausblick. Zum Strand sind es Kurve reiche 20 Minuten, die Miete für Schirm und Liegestuhl sind"italienisch". Wir fuhren erholt zurück.

Sehr schönes Haus auf 409 Meter Höhe. Toller Vermieter! Terrasse/Balkon viel größer und schöner als auf den Fotos. Bis Varazze sind es ca. 17 Minuten. Toller Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer. Zum Entspannen und Wandern ein tolles Ziel!

La pace nel verde sul mare

Un appartamento nel verde, bellissimo e perfettamente funzionale, vicinissimo al monte Beigua, ma anche al mare! I padroni di casa ci hanno accolto molto gentilmente e cordialmente, e insieme a loro ci ha accolto anche Tom, il loro gatto, che ha fatto tanta compagnia ai nostri ragazzi. La presenza del tappeto elastico ha garantito molto divertimento! Inoltre, in giardino c'erano anche le galline, per i bambini è davvero molto bello questo contatto con la natura. Sapevamo già che questa casa ci sarebbe mancata mentre soggiornavamo, e infatti è stato così. Speriamo di tornarci presto! Grazie Fabiola e Marcel! Viviana e Maurizio
