This super clean and beautifully decorated house has a 10-foot ceiling with gorgeous hardwood floors. Main living floor has the master suite, powder bath, and formal dining room providing seating for 12. The 3rd floor features 3 bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms.

The house, steps from the pool, sets off only a 2 minutes walk to the Santa Rosa Sound Beach where you can kayak or paddle board. Moreover, small children love playing at this beach because of the calm water, gentle waves, and its seclusion. A fun golf cart ride for a couple of blocks takes you to the lovely Gulf Beach (golf cart is for rent).

Kitchen - Offers granite countertops with a large island, soft close cabinetry, pantry, pot filler, 5-burner electric cooktop, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare a quick meal for the family.

Large backyard - Spectacular waterfront views. It has an outdoor shower, hammock, propane gas grill, and covered patio with table and chairs prepare guests for perfect gatherings. Also, guests can engage in outdoor family games to keep everyone entertained.
