About this property

Cozy place near lake & golf course

Great place to be with a small lake and a big golf course 2 min away (Heritage Golf Links). The neighborhood is extremely quiet, located 15-20 min to Buckhead & Downtown Atlanta. The apartment is loft type, so in between the living room and bedroom the ceiling is a little bit lower at approximately 6 feet. Please pay attention if you are taller than 6 feet! Private walkway and entrance with shared backyard. Bookings over 28 days need a short rental contract signed! Pets allowed with extra fee!

The space
The place is fully furnished, equipped with a 3 door LG refrigerator and freezer with water/ice cubes, a wall mounted Air Conditioner System Heat Pump Cooling and Heating, so the temperature can be controlled from a remote control. It also has a very fast internet (minimum 80mb/s download & upload), smart door lock, small size washer and dryer, smart TV with Hulu + Live tv + Espn+ channel package, smart laptop desk with built-in speakers, queen bed, futon sofa, cleaning supplies and other accessories.

Guest access
You have 2 parking spaces: one in the carport and one on the driveway. From there you have a private walkway to the private entrance in the back of the house.

No smoking inside!
No parties!
No loud noise outside after 8pm!
No street parking overnight!
There will be no power outage since there is a generator that holds everything!
Pets need to be supervised and kept on a leash on outside areas!
Please clean after your pet!

Lake Ivanhoe apt.

The apt. and view are very nice and the host is easy to communicate with. There are supplies in the kitchen and laundry and a wonderful washer and dryer. The yard is spacious and wildlife surrounds the lake-a crane, turtles, a coyote, ducks, and geese. The only drawback is that the geese pairs come into the yard and leave droppings.

Beyond Superior and much more.

The best experience in an old Atlanta neighborhood. The landscaping is pleasing to the eye, yet the interior is charming and superior compared to any other place we have stayed. More so, the owner is attentive and cares about his guest. There are complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine! Don't go to a hotel! Come to this place and experience a heavenly stay. This truly made our week and Easter Holiday.. Pictures dont do justice. You have to see this place for yourself.
